The wait was worth it!!!! I love my new Defender, so glad I preordered!!!

I am very disappointed with our first experience at Fields Land Rover.
It took us 2 weeks to make a maintenance appointment, 2 weeks later we dropped it off at 10 am with mentioning low coolant levels, when we picked it up at 5pm, coolant was still not topped off and no car wash, really? very different from our Fields BMW experience. I called the service manager, who seemed disinterested and interrupting. He said there was a breakdown in process and will fix the process . What does that mean to me, absolutely nothing! offered a free detail on next service which is due in a year. I spend $450 for maintenance and will receive a detail next year for my disssatisfaction? What a Joke!

Matt Yates was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable on all car models, what was available, etc. Ever since coming in contact with Matt, there was no pressure at all whatsoever, making the experience a very easy and satisfying one. Nothing was ever too much hassle for Matt which was really appreciated. The dealership itself has very friendly staff and is upkept very well. Walked in and walked out the dealer in about 3/4 hours with 2 new cars and couldn't be happier, thanks Matt & the team at Range Rover!! Definitely recommend.

I called looking for a good used car for my daughter, two days later we are walking out of the dealership with a car. Erik was so accommodating to ensure we had time to drive the car, but when it came time for paperwork it was seamless and quick. Great Service!!!

Great experience, as a first-time Land Rover customer, with LR Orlando dealership. Having leased BMW X5's for over 10 years from the reputable Fields BMW Winter Park dealership, I knew nothing about Range Rovers or this LR dealership (also owned by Fields Auto Group).Sales associate Erik was a pleasure to deal with... knowledgeable, efficient and highly-experienced. Erik's assistant, Robert is a class-act too, in taking delivery of the RR Sport and follow-through after taking delivery. Erik also worked hard in helping me find the right features/color combo and model. It took me about two weeks to decide, and Erik was patient every step of the way.The sales manager, Veronica was a pleasure to deal with too. I had a great experience with Nathan and the roadside assistance I had help tow my vehicle from my house to the dealership. I got same day service and had my car back by 6pm. Overall, it was a flawless process and I would like to thank service manager, Nathan, for quality service.

Matt Yates was the best, I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Orlando. He was professional and guided me through every step. He was extremely knowledgable and professional.

I bought velar r dynamic with cash and I got delivery with out any paper hand out or signed , I called next day and Matt said he will deliver on Monday but today is Wednesday and nothing happened, have to call and remind again about it

From each person I encountered to the next, he/she was exceptionally professional, kind, and willing to help in any aspect. I scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time and when arriving, they met/greeted me and took my car to service immediately.
Joe was outstanding! He was personable, professional, and answered all of my questions when explaining the process, leaving me with all questions answered. This dealership is the epitome of how a dealership should run; this shows that they likely have great people in management as well, as those they hire are hard workers.
I was given a rental for the weekend while they had my car and were very accommodating. Within ten minutes of arriving after it was ready, I was back on the road!

Erik is absolutely best sales I ever met!When I walked into dealership and tell him what I want he right away know which car he can offer from his inventory.He told me the car with my desired trim will be available on Thursday and on morning thursday he already confirmed meeting that Velar is waiting for me and we fix appointment around noon
When I walked in to dealership he was already waiting with all necessary papers and I could leave dealership in about 1-1.5h

Horrible customer service, no ethics, and will try to rack up charges when you come in for a simple fix. You can't trust this dealership at all and they could careless about how you feel about them. If you are not a millionaire buying multiple vehicles from them every year you are not worth their time.

Joe Furlich, my service adviser, took great care of me and my car. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and responded to questions very quickly. Most importantly, he went above and beyond working with my third-party extended warranty company to get as much covered as he could and I k is dealing with them can be like pulling teeth. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service if I could give him 10 stars I will!!

I have been working with the sales team and Landrover for over a year. Most recent incident was very unpleasant and I had to share. I found a Velar they have in stock and inquired with the same agent who I won t name, got me a quote. The quote was a lot higher than a previous quote I had from the same person on the same vehicle. The new Velar was $6K cheaper than the previous one they quoted so I questioned how the payment is higher. I didn t get any response. I reached out to the sales agent again via email and no response. It s been now 2 weeks and no response. Looks like they are avoiding having to honor their signed quote and rather ignore me and sell it for higher price to someone else. This is a poor way to gain a new client. I won t buy from fields for sure! Stay away!

My purchase was somewhat complicated being out of town and needing special attention and handling due to the out of state shipping that I needed to do.

The process couldn't have been any smoother. Matt Yates was super and ultra professional making a stressful process work without a hutch.

We don't live in the Orlando area, but found the pre-owned Porsche we were looking for at Orlando Land Rover. My wife happened to be in Orlando for business, stopped in for a test drive and quickly negotiated a price we were happy with. The following day our salesman, Matt Yates, stayed late so we could have a third-party inspector come to the dealership for a professional inspection. The next morning I flew to MCO, and within two hours of my plane touching down, I had Uber'ed to the dealership, signed the papers and was on the highway headed back to South Florida.

My wife commented that the process was so easy and everyone was so helpful that if she ever bought a Land Rover, she would drive up there to get it.

I just recently leased a 2017 Evoque HSE from Michael Kammer at Land Rover Orlando. The experience was great, Michael gave me the help and information I needed and gave me time to make my decision. He wasn't pushy and calling constantly after I left like the experience at many other dealers. Michael worked to help me pick the right vehicle for me and we worked to get the deal to a place where I was happy, including the trade on my previous vehicle. I am just in love with the car and am happy that the experience was so positive at the dealer. I drive right by the dealer on my way to work every day so plan on stopping in often for the free washes and to say hello to Michael! Veronica, who helped with the financing piece of the deal was also great. When I finally made my decision on a Saturday the two of them worked hard so I could drive away with my new car by the end of the day.

I bought a Land Rover LR4 from Land Rover Orlando and LOVE the vehicle! It is fun to drive and incredibly sure-footed. Courtney Lovegreen was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and patient...and focused on making sure we got the right model for our needs rather than pushing the most expensive model. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd Range Rover Sport I have purchased from Matt Yates at Land Rover Orlando and I am again extremely satisfied with the vehicle but more importantly Matt has always been great to work with from the detail on the vehicle to his superior customer service. Had another 4-wheel alignment done to straighten the steering wheel--it is close, but still not spot on. Have determined that RR alignments are extremely difficult, even for LR techs.

My husband and I were so pleased with the service we received at Land Rover Orlando. We initially met with Adam Russell who showed us our options based on our needs and we test drove a vehicle of interest. I had a couple of months before my previous lease was up so we weren't in a rush. However, Adam kept us updated on the status of the car that we were interested in without being overbearing like some car salesmen. When we decided to move forward, he made the entire process seamless and we handled the majority of the details through email (he has excellent email communication). Due to his thoroughness with our email correspondence, we were able to arrive to sign paperwork and pick up our new car within 30 minutes. This was our best car buying experience to date and we will definitely return to visit Adam and the Land Rover Orlando family again!

Although my sales person was great. I experienced terrible Customer Service. I started hating Land Rover Brand soley because of this Dealership. After I made a complain to headquarters received an email from ond of the workers complaining to me. All the time that I try to request an appoitment there is never slots available. I was re-directed 3 times in the past week when I tried to simply fix my headlights. ps ** suspect the authenticity of some 5 star reviews

I was very pleased with the service that was provided by Land Rover of Orlando. I was visiting Orlando and decided to stop by just to see their inventory there. I was never pressured into anything and was finally "just helped". They answered every question that I had and explained everything with great detail. I have a Land Rover dealership that is closer to me but decided to travel over four hours to deal with them because of their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Your service department failed to find the problem causing the engine blew up after 60k miles on our Range Rover Sport 2016 and that happen only 2 days the car was fixed by your service personnel.Our personal experience with you guys is terrible. The most concerning thing is that nobody from your department even tried to find solution so I ended up towing the car from your dealership.

Heather in service was amazing and kind when my Rover was towed in for service. She was very professional and understanding.

I have been to this dealership twice now to purchase a vehicle and not once did anyone offer to help me or even offer me to test drive! I will not be going back . Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I suppose tbey think women can not purchase their own vehicles. Completely discriminated . There loss i am heading to Tampa / Sarasota where they actually seem to want my business. Avoid Land Rover Orlando ! If you research they also up their pricing minimally $5-10 k over average pricing!

I located the perfect used vehicle at this dealership. Unfortunately, I live 300 miles away from this location. I submitted and online request for more information. Within a few minutes, I had a dealer representative named Melvin Del Rosario contact me.

Melvin was able to answer my basic questions and get me in contact with a salesman by the name of Erik Ahlberg. I needed a trade in quote on my vehicle before I could proceed any further. Mr. Ahlberg got involved and within a few minutes he had numbers for me. Everything lined up to where I needed to be. I put a security deposit and arranged a delivery date. Mr. Ahlberg was able to provide me with an Buyers Order pending an inspection of my vehicle trade in upon arrival.

I drove 300 miles to take delivery of the vehicle. Mr. Ahlberg gave me a warm welcome and explained to me how the delivery process would take place. He showed me my new vehicle and had my trade inspected.
Everything that was promised was delivered. No numbers changed, there were no games played, everything was perfect and easy. The Finance lady named Miss Veronica was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to beat my local bank rate and even saved me a hundred dollars in the process. This kind gesture was very much appreciated!

My entire car delivery process took 45 minutes. I had the most enjoyable and trouble free experience. It was awesome! Words alone cannot describe how appreciative I am for such excellent, professional, and courteous customer service by everyone at the dealership. Thank you!
