Land Rover Orlando Review

My wife and I had a great experience buying our used vehicle from Matt Yates. He helped create a calm and professional experience through the entire process. Other team members were great as well. Would recommend working with Matt and this dealership!

Erik is a great to do business with. This is my 2nd Range Rover I purchased from him.

It pains me to write this post however, the customer service at this dealership is deplorable. Yesterday, my friend and I decided to test drive a Range Rover. When we entered the dealership, no one said hello and after looking around the showroom for approximately 20 minutes someone eventually asked if we needed help. Finally, we were able to test drive the vehicle however, it is hard to move past a negative first impression.

On the same day, I decided to go to the new Porsche dealership in South Orlando and my experience was vastly different. As soon as I entered the building, which is absolutely beautiful, I was greeted with a warm welcome. All the salespeople were professionally dressed, articulate and Porsche owners. The sales staff made he feel comfortable and I was able to test drive a new Macan. Land Rover Orlando lost a customer and Porsche of South Orlando gained a new one.

I am not certain why my presence offended the staff at Land Rover Orlando. Perhaps it was my dressed down attire (mind you I was carrying an expensive handbag), race or gender. Whatever the reason, the treatment my friend (who is a white male) and I received at your dealership was unwarranted, not appreciated and flat out rude.

Michael Kammer is exceptional. Because of his efforts, we will definitely use Land Rover Orlando for our future purchases. He took the time to find exactly the right Land Rover for us, then explain every detail of it's many features and options. Thank you Michael!

Out of the past 12 cars we've purchased, MATT YATES by far, provided the best experience we have ever had, truly. He really is an excellent representation of what you expect from a high-end vehicle purchase, and has an innate ability of understanding and meeting your needs. What stood out most was that he made the entire process as seamless as it was FUN! His professional communication was outstanding and timely. I will be seeing him for sure when the new Defenders arrive! I also felt comfortable to refer him to a friend. He just gets it, and at no point did her ever push the sale. In fact he went above and beyond to make the deal better and better.

Land Rover Orlando treated me and my wife with nothing but the utmost in respect and transparency from start to finish. I found and selected the vehicle that I purchased from the dealership online and Michael Kammer handled the vehicle selection, preparation and financing entirely via email and phone. All I had to do when I got there was sign the documents and drive away. Not only that, the truck had a full tank of gas to go with it. I can say unequivocally that if you want your vehicle shopping and purchase experience to actually be enjoyable and fun call Michael--I promise you that you will be pleased. We are going to purchase my wife's car from him and allow Land Rover Orlando to handle the financing as well.

I shopped for a Range Rover for over three months and spoke to almost every Land Rover dealership in the State. After speaking with Erik from Land Rover Orlando just once on the phone, I drove two hours and purchased the nicest Range Rover for the best price. Erik is extremely honest and professional and gave us a better price than everyone else immediately. The entire process of buying the Range Rover from Land Rover Orlando was awesome. Their entire dealership is extremely friendly and great to deal with. This was the best car buying experience that I ever had! Anyone in the state looking to purchase a luxury vehicle should only shop at Land Rover Orlando. Ask for Erik

Worst service department ever!! Had two separate occasions where they had to order a part and I was told they would call as soon as it came in. Both times never got a phone call. After waiting a month for them to call, I call and parts were in a long time before...no one called. Then when I go in for my appointment, I waited 2 1/2 hrs and after going and asking when they would be done, was told they ordered the wrong part and my car had been sitting ready for over an hour!! Unfortunately this is the only Land Rover dealer within 50 miles of me!

Koodos to Mike Kammer. I have trying to decide between a Lexus or a Landrover. I love both. I am a very picky buyer and I love the patience Mike has. I have been there twice and he treated me as though I was already a customer. Thanks Mike I will be back to see YOU FOR MY PURCHASE after the New Year!

We just purchased the new Land Rover Discovery and had the best experience. Our car arrived to the dealership on Thursday, however being a new mom, I was not able to get to the dealership until Friday to pick up the car. Our sales rep, Adam Russell, was super accommodating and let us process most of the paperwork online to make the Friday pick up as simple as possible. In addition, Adam came into work on his day off (Friday) so we wouldn't have to wait any longer to get our car. We will definitely be purchasing future cars from Adam and the crew at Land Rover Orlando.

We had been communicating via email the purchase of a Defender, but upon arrival noticed a show stopping Range Rover we quickly changed our minds. Process was super fast and they even got us immediately squeezed in for the cilajet treatment, which was a blessing cause we were only in town for the night. Great service advisors and prompt service. My only recommendation is that they keep their loaner vehicles cleaner.

I saw a used audi a4 for sale online. I called the next morning and spoke with Eric in used car sales and told him id like to see it and would be there in an hour. We drove all the way across town to show up and test drive the car. First, the cars engine would shake so much the whole car shook violently when the car was stopped regardless of in park or drive. There was dog hair in the back seat and other dirt all over the car in cracks and under seats. The rear folding seats didnt even lock into place so if i were to get into an accident the person sitting back there would not be safe. After driving the car around the block we brought it back to tell him these problems and more. Eric says "yeah i noticed it shaking when i brought it over before you showed up". Also the check service engine light was on when we arrived back. So Eric, I'm wondering why you would let me and my family test drive this unsafe vehicle. Eric then asked me for a deposit if i liked the car and he would get everything fixed(this seems backwards to me, you make a nice clean, safe, and presentable car and then offer it for sale, not the other way around). This was a waste of my time since Eric knew the car was having severe engine issues and failed to disclose this before i drove it off the lot.

I told Eric i wasn't interested and then he proceeds to hand the keys to another lady that is ready to show the car to another 2 gentlemen that were waiting to see it. I didnt hang around but id bet they let the 2 gentlemen drive this unsafe car with engine issues again, just as they did with me.

Id expect this from Bobs used cars, not Land Rover. Never will go there again.

my whole experience was fast, friendly, and efficient. dropped off my LR4 for annual maintenance and was in and out with a loaner car for the day.

I took delivery of my first Land Rover vehicle and was blown away by the way I was treated, I truly felt like a celebrity. I was assisted by the wonderful salesman Peter Williams who took care of me thought out the process. During the search, I was not bothered and solicited at all with options of compromising for another vehicle like other dealers which was awesome. I didn't find an exact match of what I wanted on the lot so Peter suggested we build the vehicle exactly how I wanted it to make sure all of my wants and needs were accommodated. He sat down with me and explained all the addable options and made a process I thought to be complex into a fun and super easy task. I was given updates throughout its build and voyage across to the states and it only took a few months to arrive which was well worth the wait. As soon as the car arrived I was able to take delivery the very next day as Peter had all the documents ready beforehand. I spent an hour or less in the dealership most of which was peter helping me set up and explaining the features of the vehicle. I truly enjoyed the purchase of my first land rover product and would highly recommend Pete and Land Rover Orlando! We will meet again for my next purchase!

My experience with Michael Kammer and the service department at Land Rover Orlando has been outstanding. I have owned Land Rovers going back to the early 90s--from a Defender 90, to a Discovery, two Range Rover HSEs and now a 2013 Range Rover Sport. We all know that vehicles sometimes have issues that need addressing. My experience with Land Rover Orlando and especially Michael Kammer is that he is there for you from start to finish helping work out all the details of any transaction--purchase, trade, sale, service--and is, above that, a nice guy and consummate professional. Every time I go here for service on my Range Rover I receive consistent excellent customer service and treatment. This is the first time I have dealt direct with the dealership and experienced repeat satisfaction. My service advisor knows me by first name now and he does anything he can to make my experience as smooth as possible. You will not be disappointed. This is a great place to take your Land Rover.

Where do I begin? I wish there was a negative star button. I bought a used 2016 Range Rover last Nov. with around 10,000 miles on it, so it was basically brand new. It has been the worst vehicle purchase in my entire life. It s been in the their service dept. several times since last Nov.. They still can t figure out what s wrong with it, I ve had a loaner for around two weeks, so that s getting extremely old as well. This has cost me & my family a huge inconvenience personally & professionally. I do not recommend buying a used RR. Ever.

I bought my LR4 about 3 years ago at LR Orlando. Since then I have taken advantage of all the scheduled maintenances and had a few minor problems repaired under warranty. When I schedule my appointments I call Samantha in service and she treats me with kit gloves. She makes sure I get the time slot I need and then even schedules a driver to pick up my car and bring it back when it's ready.
