It pains me to write this post however, the customer service at this dealership is deplorable. Yesterday, my friend and I decided to test drive a Range Rover. When we entered the dealership, no one said hello and after looking around the showroom for approximately 20 minutes someone eventually asked if we needed help. Finally, we were able to test drive the vehicle however, it is hard to move past a negative first impression.
On the same day, I decided to go to the new Porsche dealership in South Orlando and my experience was vastly different. As soon as I entered the building, which is absolutely beautiful, I was greeted with a warm welcome. All the salespeople were professionally dressed, articulate and Porsche owners. The sales staff made he feel comfortable and I was able to test drive a new Macan. Land Rover Orlando lost a customer and Porsche of South Orlando gained a new one.
I am not certain why my presence offended the staff at Land Rover Orlando. Perhaps it was my dressed down attire (mind you I was carrying an expensive handbag), race or gender. Whatever the reason, the treatment my friend (who is a white male) and I received at your dealership was unwarranted, not appreciated and flat out rude.
