Up till last year I had never visited a Land Rover...

Up till last year I had never visited a Land Rover dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of excellence of the staff, which resulted in my daughter buying her first Land Rover. Based on that experience my wife and I visited Land Rover as my wife was looking at changing out her Cadillac SRX. We had been up till then been 100% Caddy people for the last 20 years.
We had a great Sales Guide by the name of Michael Kammer, and he helped us to determine the vehicle we needed. We choose the Range Rover Evoque. An important factor for us to do business with Land Rover was the projection of service with excellence. So looks like when my Caddy XTS is due for renewal Land Rover will be a big consideration. The man that sold me on the product to begin with was Michael Kammer

Since my last post in in 2016 we have since replaced my wife's Range Rover Evoque with the Range Rover Sport, Again the sales representative was Michael J Kammer. He is an excellent individual to do business with and helped us to determine the best value for the price level we were looking for.

In December of 2017 my daughter totaled her Land Rover L2 and was heart broken as she was sure that she could afford another Land Rover, as the write off amount (as she thought) was enough to replace same. We contacted Michael and he looked at lots of options and came up with a low mileage Demo Discovery, the price fitted her budget and at te same time she was fully covered by Warranty. She went off a happy camper. During the negotiation of my daughter's Land Rover Michael introduced me to the Range Rover Velar, I drove the demo, was impressed. Pricing was an issue. After a couple of weeks I was back at the dealership with my wife's car and expressed I needed a deal like my daughter. I tried to build my own on the internet but my combination of price versus options was always higher than I was prepared to pay. My wife was given a Velar R380 SE loner, I drove it and was impressed. I contacted Michael and came up with a trade in price for my Caddy and suitable discounts on the Velar. We struck a deal and I'm know the proud owner of the Velar. At no time did Michael put any pressure on me, we discussed the pro's and con's on options and it was a pleasure to business with him. He is a credit to the Land Rover distributer and has made purchasing a new car a pleasure. Only because of his manner and expertise of the product he sells made me go back. Remember My wife and I only drove Cadillac's for the last 26 years, I swore that they were the best, however the Range Rover experience is brilliant
