Stopped by Land Rover 11/7/20 looking to possibly purchase a Range Rover Sport with in the next 60 days. Was greeted by a salesmen by the name of John Holloway. john is a very good salesmen who takes his time to show you many features the car has to offer. Not sure how long he has been in the car industry but he definitely has what it take to sell high end luxury vehicles. Romane kept me in the loop throughout the process, allowed me to make multiple changes, and got me a great number for my trade. He has continued to answer my questions about the vehicle even after the purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with him.
If you go just don't let Joe touch your vehicle. He's a service advisor over there, very rude, and unfit for the position he is holding. Other than that the service is great.

The service team at Land River Orlando are great. Down to earth guys who genuinely care about customer service. However, the sales team are a different story. Very pretentious & lack even the basic customer interaction skills. And this is not a new problem. I have owned a range rover sport for 5 years, so I have been around that dealership a lot and any time I have engaged in the salespeople, I have the same experience. Last week I was looking to trade in my RR to purchase a new vehicle. I was dressed in jean's & t-shirt, so my guess is that I was profiled as just a window shopper. I spoke to a salesman who seemed put out dealing with me. I left disappointed. The next day I contacted the same salesman with a question, (I won't disclose his name out of professional courtesy). He blew me off on a text saying, "I'm swamped, please speak with another salesperson". I still have the text as proof. So I went to the Mercedes dealership about 10 miles from the Land Rover dealership & I am so glad that I did! I had the most incredible experience. The whole sales group at Mercedes are genuinely good people & want to help you. Needless to say, I'm now the proud owner of a GLE 43 & absolutely love it. Far superior vehicle to the range rover. More importantly, the experience with my salesman Bob Kopperud was incredible. I honestly would go grab a beer with this guy, he is that cool. And not just him, the GM talked with me for a quite long time, not even about cars! The entire Mercedes dealership treats you like royalty. Moral to this review, unless you are an NBA player or your daddy owns Amazon, you will be treated like a hobo at the Land Rover Orlando dealership. If you want to be treated with respect by genuinely good people, go check out Mercedes Orlando. You'll thank me.

I came with my brother for a part stimate, really simple, and people inside where ignoring us and one said that they where busy. There was no one around. Thia place is really bad. Not good cuatumcu service.

I currently own a LR4 2013 that I bought brand new.
I was looking at the new discovery because they stop selling the LR4 and merge the 2 vehicles together. I walked all around the the truck opened the doors looked in side showed all the interest in the world...unfortunately not one sells person asked me if I needed help. So I am trying to figure out why....So this is what I came up with
1. Hat backwards
2. T-shirt
3. Shorts
4. Black.
I say all of the above....ridiculous even the guy that sold me my first one was sitting there at his desk, I believe his name is eric...he didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was in there....off to Audi too purchase my new vehicle...I planned on being a customer for a long time....

This is by far one of the best car buying experience I've ever had. The service department is extremely big and service techs are sharp! Always gives me a clean wash and they have great loaner cars. When I'm inside waiting I feel like I'm in a kitchen.... Snacks, coffee, tea, juice, water, and much more to make my wait better! Need less to say I'm ordering my 3rd Range Rover.

Since LR no longer produces the LR4 I had no choice but to search for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Some 3-states away I located a Certified 2016 LR4 at Land Rover Orlando that met all of our specifications item for item. Called LRO and by chance was connected to Matt Yates. Matt was friendly, courteous, and professional, and within minutes over the phone settled on a deal for the Rover. Within 24-hours I showed up at the dealership and 2-hours later I was out of the door with my new LR4. Note the deal also included my Lexus trade-in. The trade-in value was fair and I didn't feel taken advantage in any way, despite the fact of that I drove to Orlando alone in the Lexus with no other option but to trade it in.
By far this was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had ... and I've owned quite a few high-end cars.
I would highly recommend both LR Orlando and especially Matt Yates for your next vehicle purchase.

By far the worst experience in buying a car! First I wait over an hour for a salesman....waiting an empty showroom never offered an drink or anything! I'm buying a $100,000.00 Range Rover....they charge me full retail...I give a deposit and two months later the refund my money and say they can't sell it to me! The salesman " Matt" will not return my call to give me an explanation so I call and talk to the sales manager who still says they did a check of my address and it didn't match. I have a condo 30 minutes from the dealership! I have since then purchased one from the dealer in St Petersburg! They gave a me a great price and I suggest everyone should call them!

Be very careful as this dealer charges 15 to 20 % higher on parts than any other Land Rover dealer across the country!!!!!! They claim the go by the Matrix system and they don't care what the manufacturers suggested list price is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
