I think this is a great dealership if you lived within their customer service zone, you purchased the vehicle from them, & have an "established a relationship" with them. However since we live 2 hrs away, purchased the vehicle elsewhere we are not worth it. Disappointing because we have absolutely fallen in love with our Land Rover & had already been eyeing that Velar that is coming out soon. I appreciate the honesty from the guy that told us what they did, related battery, gave software update & replaced the sunglass holder. He flat out said the sunglass holder may not last & confirmed we were outta luck on getting a shuttle service or loaner next time we brought in the car-like I said least he was honest. But they really expected us to wait in the lounge for 4 hrs or walk...we called an uber. We are now looking at other brands.
Horrible experience, I was there on June 26 and gave Adam R. in sales 2 cars I wanted to order build up from the website, i was promised a called back next day but didn't call until i texted him after a week, and him response was " oh i am sorry very busy and let me see what i can do for you" today is July 6th and all i can say is that, if in sales is horrible, you can imagine in service. NEGATIVE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

My vehicle is a company car, so I did not have the full 'car buying experience' as most do, but everything has been wonderful. Mike followed up with me diligently to make sure that I was satisfied and did not have any questions the first few weeks, and has even helped out while I have been at the dealership for maintenance, etc. Nate helped me exchange a headlight bulb without hesitation as well. I have been soooo impressed with Land Rover in Maitland!
My salesperson Erik was GREAT! I walked in and was greeted immediately. We literally sat down, I told him where I wanted to be on the numbers and he made it happen within 15-20 minutes. Erik made the process very simple and quick as possible which is huge in my book. I was in and out in no time!! I would recommend Land Rover Orlando to everyone!!

I never thought that I would really ever describe the process of purchasing an automobile as a positive experience , but that changed last week when I purchased a new Discovery from Land Rover of Orlando. It started with our first visit to the dealership and our introduction to Matt Yates and continued until the time the car was delivered. During our decision making process, we always felt that we were being informed rather than sold and Matt managed to keep an open line of communication without crossing any personal boundaries in an effort to make a sale. Yet, when we were looking for answers, we received them even on his day off. The delivery itself was smooth. The paperwork was well prepared to minimize my time and Matt provided the walk through of the vehicle at a pace that he allowed me to set. All around, a job well done.

When you pay top dollar for a car, you expect a quality vehicle and good service from the dealership. We've had nothing but trouble with the car from the very beginning. The service department is the worst. They simply don't care about customers once the sale is made. After working on the brand new automobile for a month, they told me all the problems were fixed -- but they were not. I couldn't even leave the parking lot! Response from Vannessa, our "Service Adviser" was "Tough Luck." No apologies, no explanations, or reassurances.
They just don't care! So now I've been paying for two months for a car I haven't even been able to drive.
I would never buy a car from this dealership.
Land Rover Orlando is an outstanding auto dealer. If you have a problem with your car take it to them, explain what is happening and what you're not happy with and they'll do their best to fix it to your satisfaction. Outstanding job guys and gals! And I'm not an easy person to satisfy, but Joe and his team did it!

My wife and I walked in the dealership for the first time and met Matt Yates who was very pleasant and informative. My wife decided to order and buy a new LR4 the same day. Matt kept us informed on a regular basis of the car status and the ETA.
At the delivery day Matt took all his time to make sure we understood every aspect of the car before we drove off. He even offer us and did take a picture of us with the new car. Later that day I had the flashing signal on the dashboard and of course called Matt who answered right away and helped us again.
Our experience was the best we had so far buying a new car.
