Just did a basic setup with Dreamcore, love the customisation as we can cater to our needs as compared to off the rack CPUs.

Do a quick check and your own homework on the mainstream brands and you would know you are mainly paying a high price for the brand name itself (in my own humble opinion).

I chose the parts which I want and ended up paying a slightly higher price but I feel comfortable doing that as I have faith in their service and the quality of their products.

Definitely a great experience and will visit again if I have to do another setup.

Purchased a Ghost V3 along with a SuperSolid ultrawide monitor from DreamCore with the help from Jonathan, who guided me with choosing the parts for my build. The build was completed in less than a week and delivered to my house, and I can say (as a person who frequently feels buyer's remorse) with 100% confidence that I have zero regrets getting this PC. The performance is amazing, the monitor is absolutely stunning, and gaming on this has been the best experience I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

I've bought a PC from Dreamcore recently on 11th of May, faced some issue of games crashing to desktop with no errors, but due to covid-19 sitatution, it's also gets a lil overwhelming for Dreamcore staff to manage with tecnical issues. However, I have came across a guy named Ryan while puchasing items from Carouselll. Which turns out to be one of the technical support from Dreamcore? He had helped me diagnosed my computer issue over the Screen-Sharing Quick Assist session. Professional and very pateince when dealing with my issue. (Specially it's a Sunday night.) Once again, thanks for the help. It would be nice to have him around to "save the day" specially on a Sunday Night. :)

Great company to get a PC from. From the visiting, to the purchasing and to the final setup, I was very satisfied with the product and the price. While there's some parts issue (lack of stock), it was well resolved and justified(Providing an upgrade). Truly a pleasant experience and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Although I didn't pick this company for my PC,but I'm happy about how honest they were.A staff from Aftershock tried to bluff me by saying that activating windows is compulsory.The reason why I didn't chose dreamcore was becoz I wanted a good PC.

2 days before delivery the Dreamcore team called to let me know the AIO I ordered could not cool my cpu enough to fit within their QA standards, and recommended a replacement. Very happy with the attention to details. Delivery was on time too.

I really recommend this PC Building Company as they have many great support staff. Personally, the staff that helped answer my question throughout the entire purchase was Darius, despite me asking a lot of questions, he patiently answered all my questions, I totally recommend this!

The experience of getting my own Dreamcore PC (Dreadnaught Tier Class 1) was really quite impressive.

From the enquiry stage I was tended to by Jonathan who managed to patiently and promptly answer my many questions and recommended me a suitable build for my needs. Additional requests to change the build further (not in the option list) was also taken on with no issues.

As I was in no hurry to get the PC, they still managed to deliver it within the advertised duration (6 working days) and although there were some hiccups with the stock availability of one of the parts Wei Zhong was helpful in keeping me in the loop and recommended me a slightly better alternative at no additional cost.

The after-service was also tip-top as they provided great assistance to install my own additional SSDs even though they do not have to. Although I had to bring the desktop unit back to their showroom, the process was quick and painless (less than 30mins). Special mention to Mok and his team who took on with the installation of the SSD even without a prior appointment. They even assisted to install additional data/power cables for easier self-installation of additional internal SSDs/HDDs in the future.

The PC works like a dream and I am one satisfied customer! Dreamcore s philosophy of understanding your needs first then recommending a suitable build and explaining their choice in layman terms with no hard-selling is a rare service quality to get in a business nowadays. So if you are looking to have a competitively priced custom-built desktop with a second-to-none service then you definitely have to check out Dreamcore!

The folks at Dreamcore are the best there is in what they do. Immaculate service during our custom orders a year ago and they topped it with seamless rectification service to fix a software issue we installed mistakenly. Downtime was close to non. Customer service at it's best. Keep up the good work guys! Special mention to Shaun for personally getting on it to ensure our sensitive work data was retained successfully in what seem like a lost cause.

Going to say that Dreamcore really do live up to their reviews. There was some hiccups in the process as I've bought during a sale. So many parts was OOS and with their site being hit by DDoS recently makes communication abit hard.

But they do follow up when you contact them even if it's sometime later, they do. And the team is really friendly all the way.

Shoutout to Darius and Yvonne who I think is the MVPs because they are super patient in handling my order.

I ordered 2 Dec and arrived 17 Dec night (slightly long but its good enough) and Yvonne gave me a free chassis upgrade due to the original chassis being OOS so as to expedite my order to reach me faster.

All in all a great experience and I hope their aftersales service lives up when any issue happens (but I don't wish to have any ofcourse)

Wish I have the same things to say as majority of the other reviewers here - 5 stars service and quality. However, my purchase with Dreamcore did not live up to what I would expect from a 5 star business.

Ordered a Dream build and noted about the max 9 working days delivery term, for me.. The latest delivery date is 17 Dec.

5 working days after order confirmation, I received an email about a delay, due to disrupted supply chain coupled with high demand. It was stated that a dreamcore staff would call me to follow-up. But I didnt receive any call.

Subsequent week, I called and email on 3 separate occasions hoping to find out what is exactly happening to my order. Was told "your build is in the queue", "expect a call very soon" and "we are left with your GPU, you can expect the delivery on the 17 Dec latest". It was only late into the evening on 17 Dec, I was informed to expect further delay - up to a month.

However, Dreamcore did offer a few free upgrades to make up for the month of delay. On the other hand, an option to opt for a purchase upgrade on the gpu, that would speed up the delivery. This I am happy to hear.

I went with the 2nd option, and was hoping for some progress of my order on the 18th Dec (next working day). Didn't get any call or email. This time, I had to initiate a call to hear some news.

It is already after office hours but I did not get any concrete progress update on my order. A full working day with zero progress. Maybe they are enjoying their Friday evening.. Haha. As a working employee myself, I totally understand.. Just hoped for better and prompt communication.

Staing optimistic for the finished build, want to commend Wei Zhong for working hard to catch up on orders.

Responded to any queries I had in a timely manner (under a day every time) and gave advice and suggestions to aid me when I needed help, even after the PC has been delivered. I have not received such outstanding and courteous customer service from any other company before and I highly recommended Dreamcore to anyone who is looking to purchase a PC. Dreamcore is definitely in a league of their own in terms service and quality.
