Bought a PC from Dreamcore last month, and the staff were nothing short of patient with all my concerns(thumbs up to Jonathan and Benjie) and expeditious with shipping out the rig.

Highly recommend, because the only way a buyer is going to get a cheaper gaming PC is if they risk going to Sim Lim and building one from scratch, which is a no-no for a clumsy tech dunce like me.

Its been more than 10 years since i used a desktop and i am looking for a custom build for work purpose as my laptop could not handle my work load anymore

I chance upon Dreamcore and decide to approach them as they have very good reviews

Main reason i choose them is because i prefer a more to "face to face" communication process as its been so long since i used one

Wei Zhong is the one who served me and kindly explain to me what type of custom build i should go for to avoid being overkill for my work purposes

There have been delays here and there as to be honest its really a bad period for building desktop due to shortage of parts so i don't really blame them for it

But Dreamcore try to assist me in whichever way they can to complete my order

Whenever there is an issue for my order be it parts shortage or whatsoever, they will try to resolve it by giving me an alternative solution to it which i really appreciate it

Reply speed wise sometimes is a bit slow, but i can understand that as they are having manpower shortage as this very busy period of time

Overall i am pleased with my order, and i do recommend other to try out their services for custom build order

But just be prepare for a longer wait time as like i said this is a very busy period for any company getting custom build order done

Ordered it 3 Months ago, works really well the whole time with no slowdown or issues. It came within the week and was simple to just plug and play. their customer support is immediate for any issue, when due to covid restrictions they weren't able to get the parts that were specified in the initial build they would upgrade for free so you wouldn't have to wait longer for your computer.

I have always wanted to customize my own pc but I lack the knowledge and experience on building one myself. Thankfully, Dreamcore helped me to build and assemble my own PC and their customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. Highly recommended!

Dreamcore did a good job pulling together my system and it s a beast! I bought some parts separately and they even offered to install them, although I didn t end up taking them up on the offer. Cable management is solid although I wish they had an option online to replace existing cables with some higher quality braided cables to complete that custom look.

Some areas of improvement that could take them to the next level would be to make sure to update the BIOS for the motherboard and graphics card drivers to the most recent available, would have saved some time. However, that is just a minor issue and easy to do.

I was planning to overhaul my entire rig in line with the release of the 3080 and initially planned to set it up at sim lim square (what I have been doing for many years). Unfortunately, the 3080 launch was marked by extremely bad supply side issues with standalone cards only available at horrendously marked up prices via scalpers both on Carousell and a majority of the shops at sim lim.

This prompted me to take a closer look at the offerings (they seemed to be the best bet with available 3080 supply at the time) of the local custom pc companies (Dreamcore, Aftershock, etc.) having been aware of them over the years.

I spoke with Wei Zhong in what would be the first of many conversations. He gave me an upfront and detailed update of their 3080 situation and a realistic expectation for my potential desktop. They had no available cards at the time and were waiting for new stock to come in from their suppliers. I was pretty satisfied with his personal attention to detail unique to our subsequent conversations and ultimately placed an order for a full build with them taking into consideration the fair pricing as well.

Throughout the wait for my 3080 to come in, not only did Wei Zhong provide me with timely and important updates, he enthusiastically responded to all my concerns and enquiries.

I also would like to highlight Zul and his assembly team who went above and beyond to assist me regarding some pictures I needed for various MSI reward redemptions.

As echoed by many others in prior reviews, what stands out for Dreamcore is their legit top notch customer service and attention to detail. It is indeed an impressive and extremely elusive level of customer focus and attention for a Singaporean home grown company that is unfortunately lacking for singaporean companies by and large.

Overall experience buying a desktop from Dreamcore was positive. During pre-purchase the staff were available and helpful in giving technical advice. During post-purchase, I received a call as a heads up for the delivery and it came on schedule as communicated.

Ordered a dream build, customer service was on point from the pre-purchase to after sales support. Was recommended a dream build based on my spec requirements and they were glad to assist in tweaking certain parts as per my request. Quick delivery of the PC a few days later! Enquired with the intention to make a purchase from them, but was provided with the wrong quotation and further comments were ignored.

I know, your team is overwhelmed. Which is why I am still not putting off making a purchase just yet.

Contacted them recently because I observed them offering MSI Gaming X Trio around end of March so I enquired for a quote with the necessary changes to the GPU and casing that I wanted (CM TD500 Black).

First few replies were reasonable in terms of timing, but that is when it started going downhill.

I was quoted for a $2315 Dream Build, $2700+. At first thought, I was puzzled on why a simple GPU and case swap warrants such a huge increase in cost, it was then I saw that the components were wrong, the wrong CPU was provided, the GPU that I mentioned I didn't want was provided, only the case that I wanted was listed correctly.

One of your employees said to use that communication channel as follow-up, and so I did. Only to be ignored. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that they were busy, only if they got my quotation parts correct. It really makes me feel like whatever I asked for has fallen into deaf ears.

I have only heard good things about Dreamcore from my friend. But this entire process has changed my mind if I really would like to make a purchase at this timing.

Encountered an issue with setting up the computer, sent and email at 10pm.

Promptly got a call back within the next 5 minutes from Dreamcore to troubleshoot my problems and get it solved.

Amazingly competitive pricing. Unfortunately lots of hiccups along the build process. Incompatible ram type/size, cpu out of stock, gpu being too big for the case, all things I wanted to avoid by going to a custom builder. Overall build time was also delayed by a whole week because of said problems.

My advice would be to to take one of their pre-built systems instead of customising anything. Fo a ton of testing once you actually receive it because my first boot gave me a memory overclocking failed message.

Grad trip was cancelled because of COVID19 so I wanted to game in this Circuit Breaker period. I went to Dreamcore and bought my gaming PC online. Very easy and kind service! they will answer any queries. and delivery was faster than expected, I thought things would take really long in this period. Recommend!

It has been almost a year since I have gotten my PC from Dreamcore (11 months) In the first few months things worked out great, did not have issues with the PC Then on the 4th month, the PC started overheating and temps were at 95, contacted Dreamcore through Whatsapp, reply was quick and the PC was collected back and was confirmed that the AIO has died which they then changed for a new one. That was fine.

Then 4 months later, the same brand AIO that they replaced died again with the same overheating issue. Again contacted Dreamcore, got things sorted out and they upgraded the AIO to a better one which was a great thing.

However since Jan - Now(February 24) , the PC is experiencing another issue, on many games such as Apex Legends, Rocket league, osu! and even idling through chrome, the PC randomly hangs and requires a force restart via power button. At first I thought maybe it was a software issue, maybe I installed something wrong. Reformatted my whole PC, same issues occur. The random hangs from the PC appears the most while playing Apex Legends and its occurring more and more often as times go on.

I figured it was mostly likely a hardware issue, contacted support via Live Chat (This was where I find the service to be an issue), messaged them on 11th Feb(Thursday) inquiring about the issue, which they did not reply but I was still fine with it as it was Chinese New Year. Come Feb 16th (Tuesday) they still had not reply in which I had to probe them for a reply which a person by the name of Jon replied me asking me about some questions and to do a Memory Test Diagnostic in which I did and replied him back afterwards.

Now that it has been a week Feb 16th - Feb 24th, about a week has passed and I have not gotten a single reply, even after probing him again on the Feb 20th. Decided to now contact them over the phone, A female representative picked up the phone and I told her about the issue and she said that she will redirect me to a technician to call me back to assist me in my issue which was great, except an hour has passed and I have still not gotten the call, called them back and the same person picked up the phone, she told me that she will get the technician to call me, I was okay and still trusted them, except now ANOTHER HOUR has passed and I'm starting to get frustrated.

At the time of writing (5.20 PM Wednesday Feb 24th), I am still waiting on their call. My order number is 8109 and I hope that whoever is in charge of the Google Reviews can help escalate my problem instead cause clearly the Call Support and the Live chat does not seem eager enough to want to assist me at all.

Edit: 6.31PM Feb 24th, contacted the support for the third time now. Was told that the technician has acknowledge the issue but is not even in. Was told to wait till tomorrow, couldn't you guys could have mentioned that from the first call that he wasn't available until tomorrow instead of making me wait for 4 hrs long?

Edit 2: Feb 25th 12.34 PM, Talked with dreamcore and settled on a day to pick up the desktop. Thank you Eugene for assuring that you guys will get in touch with me. Hopefully Ill have no more issues going forward.

Have been using a dreamcore cpu for about ~2months and can safely say its a great product and no regrets buying it. Great and prompt service along with quick delivery, would highly recommend to anyone looking for their rig.

Purchased the Bullet from them. Service was excellent. The chassis was delayed but they offered to build the machine with an interim chassis as I needed a PC urgently.

When I collected the Bullet chassis, i realized that while the motherboard supported 7.1 surround sound, the chassis did not have the required jacks (as the board split the 5 jacks to front and back & the chassis only support jacks at the back panel). Dreamcore once again reached out to me and offered to help by giving me a discount for a motherboard with all 5 jacks on the back panel. They also offered to expedite the service within a day.

Now I am able to enjoy the full 7.1 surround sounds experience on a PC with the Bullet small-form factor.

Will definitely recommend and also return for future builds.

I bought a Ghost v3 from them - ordering it on the 5th of November and receiving it on the 12th of November - punctually and on the time they specified.

PC:
No issues here. They send out with the PC, a paper with a set of documentation showing which tests they ran on it and results of said test. Ease of mind is here due to the stress testing that they do on the parts.

Service:
Very good - even from before I put in the order, communicating with Wei Zhong on what parts would fit my purpose - to firming up delivery details.

When I had issues with application installation - Guybrush(?) was very very helpful and calm - even helping me fix a problem that did not affect me yet but might in the future - device drivers etc.

Delivery:
Prompt and on time. Nothing too specil about it.

Why Dreamcore? Because they are one of most affordable custom PC builders you can find in the market! Was looking around for a replacement PC for myself during circuit breaker and was comparing around a few big names but what caught my attention to Dreamcore was the June special promotion rigs! They are also more customizable on their ready to ship builds and most importantly their prompt service during my decision making! There are some hiccups due to shortage of components during CB period but was given very satisfactory rectification to the extend I feel guilty of getting what I paid for! You can practically get the whole system from them without worries! Highly recommended on the quality of products they use and service provided!

Great price for custom made PC. The choices are many, with various budget ranges for different needs.I ordered a Dream Build which could be delivered within the same day (working day), and they delivered at around 7pm on the same day! Speedy service!
Before placing the order, the customer service online gave prompt replies even on weekend.

Finally ordered a dreamcore alpha. Their ordering process and customer service was such a delight to deal with, I ended up ordering a slew of upgrades for the PC. will be bringing it back on Tuesday for an additional ssd and 4tb hdd.

PC arrived on the date I requested it to (before 6 working days). All parts working as they should and was provided with a quality assurance checklist, good customer service as well.

Been using the setup for almost a month and I can say that it's been smooth and I've enjoyed using my desktop.

Before this, I had been using a laptop so it was unchartered territory for me when I read the many components that went into a desktop. The support staff has been helpful with answering my queries quite promptly too.

The only setback was on the day I am to receive my set-up, I was informed that the keyboard and mouse I wanted was out of stock. But nonetheless they offered me alternatives or a credit refund of the keyboard and mouse.

Strongly recommend if you are looking for a gaming computer but not too familiar with custom PCs: Decided to pop by Dreamcore's physical store some weeks ago because I was thinking of getting a new computer. Prior to this, I did not have the best experience with a custom PC so I was a little hesitant. However, one of their co-founders (I believe), Eugene, attended to me, and he was very extremely helpful - I had a lot of questions but he answered me patiently and comprehensively. Furthermore, my computer was delivered ahead of schedule, and, so far, it has been working fantastic!
