Wish I have the same things to say as majority of the other reviewers here - 5 stars service and quality. However, my purchase with Dreamcore did not live up to what I would expect from a 5 star business.

Ordered a Dream build and noted about the max 9 working days delivery term, for me.. The latest delivery date is 17 Dec.

5 working days after order confirmation, I received an email about a delay, due to disrupted supply chain coupled with high demand. It was stated that a dreamcore staff would call me to follow-up. But I didnt receive any call.

Subsequent week, I called and email on 3 separate occasions hoping to find out what is exactly happening to my order. Was told "your build is in the queue", "expect a call very soon" and "we are left with your GPU, you can expect the delivery on the 17 Dec latest". It was only late into the evening on 17 Dec, I was informed to expect further delay - up to a month.

However, Dreamcore did offer a few free upgrades to make up for the month of delay. On the other hand, an option to opt for a purchase upgrade on the gpu, that would speed up the delivery. This I am happy to hear.

I went with the 2nd option, and was hoping for some progress of my order on the 18th Dec (next working day). Didn't get any call or email. This time, I had to initiate a call to hear some news.

It is already after office hours but I did not get any concrete progress update on my order. A full working day with zero progress. Maybe they are enjoying their Friday evening.. Haha. As a working employee myself, I totally understand.. Just hoped for better and prompt communication.

*Will edit this review in future and might change my rating, depending on how my order plays out.
Staing optimistic for the finished build, want to commend Wei Zhong for working hard to catch up on orders.
