The staffs is friendly and nice to answer all my enquires. Even though there is shortage of GPUs and I have to upgrade. They were fast in getting the upgraded parts and the ETA was slightly delayed. Love my new setup, all parts are properly assembled.

Product came on schedule! I have full assurance that the CPU would be in good condition as they have included informative and stringent checklist in the package. However, I had the impression that the Wifi + Bluetooth add-on would be included within the CPU and not as a dongle that would be external. Since you requested for it, here it is.

Dreamcore is a company at its heart, a company that provides a service, not a product. There are many such companies that provide customisation to a PC build you would like to have. And on this point, Dreamcore is currently lacking.

I chose Dreamcore for only 2 reasons. The location is close enough to travel to and the specs are close to what I would buy from Sim Lim, as I have built countless PCs before, doing so for more than 20 years but now I am too busy and just want to have someone build it for me.

Hence, my expectations are reasonable service. It was on the day after National Day (off in lieu) that I began sending a message over WhatsApp, expecting a reply the next working day. I only received a reply late in the afternoon on the next day, 6 hours after Dreamcore's opening time of 9am. For a company which has no storefront, its online presence is lacking. If I had messaged a reputable seller on Lazada, Qoo10, Aliexpress etc, I would already receive a reply within an hour on a public holiday. Unfortunately, there is a service standard imposed by the cutthroat online retail industry, and customers like me are way over pampered. You don't have to like it, but that is just how it is.

And then there was the problem with replies. I had several queries, most of which went unanswered until I probed again. I don't see how that would make a good experience.

I had also only wanted to put a deposit, and only pay the full amount when I self collect, which should be reasonable. Yet there wasn't an option to do so for self collection, and I had to ask for such arrangement in WhatsApp.

Even so, the reply wasn't clear and the online payment system couldn't accommodate, and the invoice was wrong. I requested a correction for the invoice on WhatsApp more than 12 hours before I received the email that I could collect. I went down to test and pay, only to find out that the corrected invoice was not ready, requiring "several days" and will be sent to me. I had to pay first and till this day, I still do not have the correct invoice, only the wrong one. I have not ever paid for something before I receive the right bill. I am no lawyer, but I do believe this is unacceptable without going into further details.

In the end, I received a beautifully crafted system, which I reckon I will also receive from several other companies out there doing the same. Your average score is due the quality of service I got.

P.S. Maybe set up a nicer area for customers doing self collection. It will do much for your company image.

If you are planning to get your first pc you should go to Dreamcore! The staffs will give detail explanation on each parts if you are unsure, give recommendation of some pre-builds they have depending your usage, will also help and assist in customising your pc build if you have some builds in mind. Also, warranty and services they provide are fantastic!!

I'm a tech enthusiast, and also a computer builder myself. But Dreamcore has taken their service so far and beyond for the pc I bought from them, that I wouldn't even bat an eyelid if I were to ask them to build or fix anything else for me. The extra "premium" (and it seriously isn't even a lot compared to buying your own parts) you pay for, is nothing compared to what they do for you. Sometimes I wonder how they even make money. They fix up stuff for you, keep your computers in optimum condition, and even do whatever you want them to do to your computer. Customer service is 10/5, and pc building skills is also 10/5.

I was looking for a high performance CPU at a reasonable price. I am not into gaming so I didn't need a graphic card. After comparing with other branded systems with similar performance, I went for their basic system. It's super good. All components are top quality. The team is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.

Honestly, the best Custom PC Company out there! they have a wide variety of magnificent PC to choose from! You could even ask them to do a fully custom build! Not to mention the cable management is absolutely the best!

I usually build my own pcs, but I was worried about the scarcity of the 30 series cards. Hence, I decided to preorder a MSI Gaming X Trio 3080 through Dreamcore. As luck would have it, they just brought in the CoolerMaster NR200P (Fuel) as part of their lineup.

I was ecstatic! It was the case I have been planning to build my 30 series system in a few months prior to Nvidia s announcement.

The whole process was a surprisingly smooth one!
I called them up on the day of Nvidia s announcement, and placed my order and deposit.

Through the next few weeks, I had multiple email exchanges with Shaun who followed up after the call.
Not once did the experience feel horrible! He was patient with my queries & had prompt replies.

Their customer service is next level and here s why:

I first configured my system to run an i9 10900 to pair with my gpu, which I decided later on to swap to the i9 10900k instead. I called them up, they told me that the system was built and ready to be delivered but they ll see what they can do.

20 minutes later, I get a call saying that my system is back in the assembly line and they will do the cpu swap as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised!

As of writing, it has been 27 days since the delivery, I chose to wait this long to see if I ll face any issues like thermal throttling, bad parts, etc before writing the review. I must say I m extremely pleased.

There is one caveat; I use this system in an air-conditioned room so your mileage may vary.
However after removing the side panels to see how the system was built, I'm sure it ll run just fine in Singapore s weather.

Fast and efficient! Ordered and collected within 5 days despite the whole COVID situation. The staff were very helpful for any questions I had about their product on their website. The completed system runs smoothly and without any issues.

Excellent quality computer, runs smooth like butter and advertised stats. Extremely clean cable management as well.

My only gripe is that I was given the wrong RAM, which was kinda ironic that both the System Assembler and Quality Analyst did not spot this mistake. I only discovered this after double checking all the computer myself, which everyone should do anyways.

However, Dreamcore demonstrated exceptional customer service, and entertained my query in the middle of the night, as well as providing a pickup and replacement the very next day.

Got a Dreamcore Fuel. Looks great and works well. Very professional packing and delivery of the pc. I thought i had an issue as the gpu fan was not spinning even when running a gpu benchmark. Able to get phone support easily and cso was very experienced.

As a former avid Mac user for the last 10 years, coming over to windows was indeed a challenge. However though the patience of Dreamcore and in particular one of the personal named Eugene, my swap over was hassle free.

Not only was he patient in guiding me through the configuration, he even went out off the way to recommend me monitors which would best suit my usage. Despite the product not being manufactured by Dreamcore.

Even post purchase, he would continue to answer any enquires that I may post to him.

The level of professionalism and enthusiasm, left me thoroughly impress.

My old computer was running too slowly for my gaming needs. So I decided to try out the Dream Build Tier 4 from Dreamcore which turned out to be a bang for the buck! Have been using the desktop for slightly more than 2 weeks and its has been running smoothly!

Super great value (price is actl similar to buying all the parts individually and self assembling). While many custom PC builders cheap out on certain parts like using high latency RAM (e.g. CL19 RAM ), unknown and shady PSUs etc, Dreamcore does NOT do such shady things.
Every single part is of great quality for this price range. Cable management is also really really neat. Really have no complaints (apart from that they didn't include the SATA cables that came with the mobo so I'll need to buy some to plug in my old 2.5 sata ssd)

The odyssey might be tiny but it is solid and feels so premium.

It was a straight plug and play in my case and installing a new rig have never been so easy.

The staff recommends the best parts (new) and specs for the type of usage and intended budget. They were also very friendly (explained the gist of each part and their role in a system) and efficient (sources the parts and assembles and delivers it to my doorstep). The custom systems also comes with warranty (on-site/off-site). If you are getting/upgrading a system, these are the guys you should be looking for, they will provide you with a phenomenal customer experience that you will not experience elsewhere.

Went down to the showroom and ordered a PC because my school laptop died very suddenly in the middle of modeling assignments. Sales staff Jonathan was extremely helpful in helping me to pick the appropriate parts for the PC and in reassuring me that they would try to build it quickly, within 8 working days so that I would not miss my assignments. PC arrived in 5 working days instead. Email exchanges were also very prompt during this time for answering my additional queries. Thank you!
