I had worked here for three years, I joined here as a fresher by then I had no idea how a work place is . I got a lot of exposure and a friendly environment to work with. Minute things had been taught during the initial days which is really supporting me even now in my career.
Freshers would be given a lot of opportunities to learn , people would even be getting chance to communicate with clients(US) which would really be helpful in improving our soft skills. A good company to start with :)
