Had a really great experience with Dreamcore from the day I first started talking to Darius about my build through the website's chat function. He assisted to my every request and would give other options if what I requested wasn't possible or would have to wait a long time for it.

The specs I opted for are the newest ryzen 5000 series cpu and rtx 3000 series gpu, which is extremely hard to get anywhere else due to it being out of stock everywhere and only scalpers have it.

There were some problems at the end where the gpu I opted for wouldn't be in stock and would have to wait again for the next shipment, Dreamcore gave me some options and in the end I went with one where I was satisfied with. The same day I got my build expedited by Yvonne and got my pc delivered before Christmas. Props to the builders too!

I'll now be able to enjoy my 5950x 3090 build thanks to Dreamcore. Definitely recommended and will be back again.

I recently bought a custom PC from Dreamcore. The pre-sales support was extremely good. Eugene was very helpful in answering my technical questions. I needed a multi GPU setup and he was able to suggest configurations at different price points.

Their post-sales support is no joke. There was a mistake in my order due to miscommunication but Eugene arranged for it to be fixed within a week. I highly recommend them for the excellent pre/post sales support.

As someone with very little knowledge about PC building, I must admit that it was a very daunting experience. Thankfully Darius from Dreamcore was extremely helpful and accomodating to my requests, and right now I've got a decent workstation PC to edit on! Service was extremely speedy too - even though one of the parts I wanted would only come in towards the tail end of January, they managed to get it delivered to me before the end of the month, which is an incredibly quick turnaround.

Excellent customer service: Was undecided and rang a few times to enquire. Darius was the sales rep and was very patient in recommending the type of build and specs that would meet my needs. In fact, he actively discouraged me from getting stuff / parts I would not be needing. For eg. no need to upgrade to the pricier fans with my current set up. The recommendation to go with AMD instead of Intel for multi tasking was also spot on. Appreciated the promo codes as well! When I over-paid by accident, the team was very quick to process the refund.

Good quality product: Worked great out of the box. Looks as good as advertised. I pulled open the sides and saw that the cabling was done very neatly. I was recommended the Fuel build which actually uses the Cooler Master NR200 casing. Many holes so cooling has been very efficient and CPU is very silent. It is as advertised, the casing is award winning and scores very highly across a range of professional reviewers.

Value for money: like for like, much cheaper than getting a desktop unit from the big brands. also liked the ability to customize and the handholding as I decide on what build / parts to get. Touch wood all is working so far, but have heard that service recovery is good and prompt. Good luck getting your stuff fixed in a timely manner at the service centers of the big brands...

Delivery process can be improved: I ordered a dream build on Nov 20, which could actually be shipped out as soon as Nov 21. However, I opted for a Nov 24 delivery date and asked for an early afternoon time. As I was waiting, I was informed at 3pm that they might not be able to deliver on time and would have to deliver the following day on the 25th. However,

Benji was super nice about it and pushed to accelerate the process, so I ended up being able to receive my PC on the 24th as initially scheduled.

Given that the order was placed way in advance, DreamCore should have got it ready at least a day before, so that it would be ready to ship on the promised date. That way, you won't run the stress of having a "just in time" delivery which you might miss.

Also the communication with the courier was not clear. I was told the courier would come after 8, but the courier showed up at 630 at the very window of time when I was not home! Felt really bad that he had to leave and come again at 8plus.

Good to have more payment modes: Would be good if you offered the option to pay by credit card. Understand there are costs involved, but as your business scales, worth considering :).

On the whole, I am a happy customer, and have been recommending DreamCore to all my friends who are the in market for a new PC!

This has been about Week 3 since I've received my PC. Took me a while to write this review since I wanted to put the PC and the monitor through its paces first. Smooth process from ordering the build on the website, the post-sales follow-up, down to the delivery of the PC. Plus point: the cable management is very clean too. Pity I didn't go with more fans after seeing the completed build; it's something to work on later.

It just felt like they knew their stuff and were able to make the right recommendations for what I wanted built! The support was live and Eugene who attended to me was just great.

I was getting workstations for the company but I think I'll also build my own personal computers with them now! If the after-purchase service is as good as the help I got when I was buying it (which others have said it is), then I am super happy I got this from them!

Also, the PCs look awesome. :)

It's nice to have everything come in fully set up and ready to go! They even do QC tests to make sure everything works well at the performance they should be at which is amazing!!

It s been a month now since I got my Dreamcore Alpha and am very happy with it.

It s beautifully assembled and works really well, and it cost me less than if I were to buy the components and assemble it myself! There were a few problems at first - primarily a faulty CPU cooler - but they spared no effort in remedying them thoroughly at no extra cost to me. When getting a new PC (assembled or DIY), there is always a risk of something going wrong (faulty parts, etc.), and I believe that one of the biggest upsides of buying from a custom PC manufacturer is to have that piece of mind that if something does go wrong, you have their support - and Dreamcore has definitely delivered.

If I m not wrong, Dreamcore is the only custom PC manufacturer in Singapore that has said anything about the NVIDIA 3000 series crashes and I really appreciate the transparency they have with their customers. I believe they are also the only custom PC manufacturer in Singapore that does try to have their AIO CPU coolers orientated correctly (see Gamers Nexus Youtube video on why this is somewhat important). Just a few examples of the pride they have in their PCs.

Special thanks to those at Dreamcore that put my PC together, and to Wei Zhong who handled most of the communication when there were issues.

It was an incredibly smooth purchase process. I made the selection and purchase online on their website, made payment via bank transfer and got a confirmation from them promptly. Pricing is very competitive too, IMO.

The turn-around time was fast even though I placed the order during Christmas/New Year period. The PC arrived within the 5-7 working days that they had specified.

The PC was delivered to my doorstep, well packaged. It was pretty simple to set up. The build quality was excellent and worked great. I faced a small technical issue which I raised to the staff and they tried to troubleshoot over chat. When the problem could not be resolved, they personally came over to my place to figure out a workaround to ensure that my issue was solved.

Now everything works as expected and I am very satisfied. I expect this PC to last a long time, and when time comes to upgrade or purchase new PC, I will definitely go back to Dreamcore. 10/10 would recommend.

Dreamcore has excellent customer service in my opinion. Even during this Covid period, they have staff manning the helpline during office hours and they also have a Whatsapp line to provide support after office hours. The staff are patient and clarify all doubts and even gave recommendations to get cheaper components when they felt that more expensive components may not be necessary. That goes to show that they really try to cater the best for the customer instead of just trying to make more out of the customer.

Dreamcore has also shown great flexibility based on customer's needs. I managed to get my custom gaming pc within 4 days of ordering as I had requested that I needed it urgently. The pc looks amazing and I would like to thank Dreamcore once again for their amazing service and product.

Ordered a beast computer from Dreamcore early January 2021. Due to global shortage of graphics cards there were no clear ETAs as to when it would be ready. Dreamcore kept me updated every few days until they found a replacement for the card. The build was really fast and the computer is amazing. I found the prices very reasonable and comparable (if not better in some areas) than competitors. This and wanting to support local Singapore business was the reason why I went with Dreamcore. Great experience, awesome customer service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Reverie, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. Staff members were friendly and knowledgeable at every step of the way. They were also very accommodating, allowing me to make my payments through PayPal when a technical hiccup prevented me from paying through all their listed methods.

Update since a few months of usage: Overall am very pleased with the current pc quality and services compared to the competitor "AS" which i had bought a pc from them 3yrs back and now has been faulty since start of the year which they were unable to fix yet held it for a month.
So i'm noting down a few key differences that Dreamcore pc housing of wires are so much more tidy and also they provided the win10 OS cd that was installed on the pc with the mobo retail box , also came with a quality checklist that has been signed by several staff members.

Superb service, the built was already set with all the important components so you don't have to worry about missing a checkbox when you order a new pc from Dreamcore. Quality Assurance is top notch, even came with a checklist including the PC's max temperature, software and etc, checked and signed by their staff, as advertised the PC was delivered on the same day itself. In addition, it came with Win 10 oem disc. Greatly appreciated, thank you!

In the past I have always purchased my pc from the big brands thinking they should be more reliable and this is the first time I decided to purchase a pc from a local company under the recommendation of my school.

My misconception of Dreamcore as a local company totally changed from my first point of contact until today. I called in after their office hours and one of the members who was still in office picked up the call and gave me a 101 lesson on the parts of a pc, what to look out for and didn t recommend me any high end specs knowing I am a student. Totally patient to the end and answered every of my novice questions. Grateful for his help and he didn t have to go to the extra mile especially after closing hours.

Even when I went down to their showroom as I wanted to take a look at their monitor, the staff there gave the same vibes. They don t look down on you for not knowing anything about computers and answer any questions you have...very open and willing to share their knowledge.

After I have received my pc and had queries about why some things wasn t working, I would email them and their response was so detailed that I had no issues with understanding. If you want a quick response, do give them a call instead and they will help you resolve instantly.

Didn t regret purchasing my pc from Dreamcore, most times consumers go back to a brand because the customer service is personalized. A generally quality build and amazing service from Dreamcore. I do not regret my choice in choosing Dreamcore over the other options I had and I'm very pleased with the product I recieved. While the wait time was a little over the expected range, it was nonetheless understandable and there was quick responses to the issues I've had. After 2 weeks of use since I first got my pc, things have been running smoothly and it's very value for money.
