I've bought a PC from Dreamcore recently on 11th of May, faced some issue of games crashing to desktop with no errors, but due to covid-19 sitatution, it's also gets a lil overwhelming for Dreamcore staff to manage with tecnical issues. However, I have came across a guy named Ryan while puchasing items from Carouselll. Which turns out to be one of the technical support from Dreamcore? He had helped me diagnosed my computer issue over the Screen-Sharing Quick Assist session. Professional and very pateince when dealing with my issue. (Specially it's a Sunday night.) Once again, thanks for the help. It would be nice to have him around to "save the day" specially on a Sunday Night. :)
