The experience of getting my own Dreamcore PC (Dreadnaught Tier Class 1) was really quite impressive.

From the enquiry stage I was tended to by Jonathan who managed to patiently and promptly answer my many questions and recommended me a suitable build for my needs. Additional requests to change the build further (not in the option list) was also taken on with no issues.

As I was in no hurry to get the PC, they still managed to deliver it within the advertised duration (6 working days) and although there were some hiccups with the stock availability of one of the parts Wei Zhong was helpful in keeping me in the loop and recommended me a slightly better alternative at no additional cost.

The after-service was also tip-top as they provided great assistance to install my own additional SSDs even though they do not have to. Although I had to bring the desktop unit back to their showroom, the process was quick and painless (less than 30mins). Special mention to Mok and his team who took on with the installation of the SSD even without a prior appointment. They even assisted to install additional data/power cables for easier self-installation of additional internal SSDs/HDDs in the future.

The PC works like a dream and I am one satisfied customer! Dreamcore s philosophy of understanding your needs first then recommending a suitable build and explaining their choice in layman terms with no hard-selling is a rare service quality to get in a business nowadays.
