Before the purchase, Shaun was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the PCs. Not only was he informative, he was also very fast with his responses. No hardselling whatsoever.

Unfortunately, I did run into some problems with the CPU just days after receiving the product. However, Mok helped me courier my PC to their office for repairs and was efficient in replacing the component for me.

Overall, a very good experience which is recommendable.
