It has been almost a year since I have gotten my PC from Dreamcore (11 months) In the first few months things worked out great, did not have issues with the PC Then on the 4th month, the PC started overheating and temps were at 95, contacted Dreamcore through Whatsapp, reply was quick and the PC was collected back and was confirmed that the AIO has died which they then changed for a new one. That was fine.

Then 4 months later, the same brand AIO that they replaced died again with the same overheating issue. Again contacted Dreamcore, got things sorted out and they upgraded the AIO to a better one which was a great thing.

However since Jan - Now(February 24) , the PC is experiencing another issue, on many games such as Apex Legends, Rocket league, osu! and even idling through chrome, the PC randomly hangs and requires a force restart via power button. At first I thought maybe it was a software issue, maybe I installed something wrong. Reformatted my whole PC, same issues occur. The random hangs from the PC appears the most while playing Apex Legends and its occurring more and more often as times go on.

I figured it was mostly likely a hardware issue, contacted support via Live Chat (This was where I find the service to be an issue), messaged them on 11th Feb(Thursday) inquiring about the issue, which they did not reply but I was still fine with it as it was Chinese New Year. Come Feb 16th (Tuesday) they still had not reply in which I had to probe them for a reply which a person by the name of Jon replied me asking me about some questions and to do a Memory Test Diagnostic in which I did and replied him back afterwards.

Now that it has been a week Feb 16th - Feb 24th, about a week has passed and I have not gotten a single reply, even after probing him again on the Feb 20th. Decided to now contact them over the phone, A female representative picked up the phone and I told her about the issue and she said that she will redirect me to a technician to call me back to assist me in my issue which was great, except an hour has passed and I have still not gotten the call, called them back and the same person picked up the phone, she told me that she will get the technician to call me, I was okay and still trusted them, except now ANOTHER HOUR has passed and I'm starting to get frustrated.

At the time of writing (5.20 PM Wednesday Feb 24th), I am still waiting on their call. My order number is 8109 and I hope that whoever is in charge of the Google Reviews can help escalate my problem instead cause clearly the Call Support and the Live chat does not seem eager enough to want to assist me at all.

Edit: 6.31PM Feb 24th, contacted the support for the third time now. Was told that the technician has acknowledge the issue but is not even in. Was told to wait till tomorrow, couldn't you guys could have mentioned that from the first call that he wasn't available until tomorrow instead of making me wait for 4 hrs long?

Edit 2: Feb 25th 12.34 PM, Talked with dreamcore and settled on a day to pick up the desktop. Thank you Eugene for assuring that you guys will get in touch with me. Hopefully Ill have no more issues going forward.
