All but one person was friendly at the airport.. I spoke to someone on the southwest side about it. the supervisor was very friendly & awesome. Security was very nice. Anita was patient. Arriving back it was a busy day.

For a smaller Midwestern hub, Lambert is always a pleasant experience to fly in and out of. Immaculately clean (so important when you have the comparison of, say, smelly NYC airports...), decent food options, easy navigation and parking options, etc. Well-done, Lambert International!

Given the fact that they aren't an AA/TWA hub anymore, I think Lambert does a great job getting people to where they need to be. It offers pretty much the same number of destinations as it did in the early 2000s and, when travelling for work as I often do, I think it is much better than most airports in city of similar size. The renovations of Terminal 1 are great and they continue to add flights each opportunity they get. Really enjoy Lambert.

Flight leaves out of the new concourse. Seats at gates have no cell chargers. Only a five foot long table with a few charging outlets are available. Ladie's restrooms purse hooks are gone. Just paid $5.00 for a bottle of water and $13.00 for a itty bitty Cobb salad! Atlanta's airport is cheaper!

The lines get a little long at security but they do a pretty good job of keeping it moving and the restaurants choices are great! Lots of stuff to see if your early or have a longer layover... Great pizza and of course Starbucks!

Elaborate Anheuser Busch display of vintage pieces with historical facts. Sophisticated photography spread of St. Louis buildings and architecture. Nice representation of the last few generations of my hometown captured in the displays. The history of the Blues music genre coupled with Jim Crow Laws lining the walls is an interesting find

The terminals are large and spacious. The traffic patterns can take some getting used to but there is good access to the interstates and plenty of parking on site. The scenery in St Louis was great. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Everyone there working and the flight crew were nothing but super nice and very helpful... I truly felt like a king they took care of all my belongings and being a double amputee below the knee and also missing my left hand they totally took care of me and it wasn't just because it was their job like they truly made me feel the most welcome I've ever felt in an airport... I think other airports should go to this airport and see how helpful and how they go above and beyond for passengers... It was just a really nice surprise for once... Thank you St Louis Lambert international airport...

This airport is it too difficult to travel around, and security and staff are friendly and quick. They only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi in the airport if you want to use it for longer than 20 minutes.

Like this easy to navigate airport. The red rocking chairs and art between gate 33 and 34 are a nice touch. There was a unique piano with an octopus painted on it, but not sure how long it will be there. Also like the close access to rail that goes to the arch.

I work here as a security guard. The mornings and nights are quiet when there are less patrons coming and going. Then by mid afternoon, it starts getting busy mainly at terminal 2 more often than terminal 1.

The domestic terminal is small and is easy to get around in, so you won't have a hard time moving around. The check-in areas are great, and I like the little artwork showcases there. TSA check is smooth and quick, and I had a very friendly TSA agent handling my tickets. The terminal itself is clean, but I wish their bathrooms were clean. The urinals don't flush, so there's urine from the whole day in the urinal itself. I think that the unused gates are used cleverly. One is used as a play space for children, and some of them are workspaces. I used one of the workspaces and it was great. They change the TV channel in the workspaces every 5 minutes, which is a small detail. The Alaska gates are clean and they were satisfactory. I'm not sure about the other airlines' gates though. Overall, a good airport, would arrive at this airport if I ever visited St. Louis again.

Hated waiting on my connecting flight to get back home. What was meant to be a 2 HR layover stretched to a 9hr wait. The facility was great however and met a lady originally from my city, who was super nice and VERY hospitable in all the right ways so all in all, despite the layover,I say great

My bf had a delay so they upped his flight. He was supposed to be there at 7am they changed it to 6:05am and didnt message him till 3 am to tell him about the delay. We got to the airport at 5:30am and the guy wouldn't let him on the plane. He was flying there to get his son for Christmas. Now we dont have the money to go get him.

Easy to navigate and and there was a great place to chill and relax before going through security. Only gave it 4 stars because all of the plug ins where my gate was, the seats that had them were broken. This feature is key, im on my cell even more then normal in an airport.

Airport is fine. The TSA pre check shuts down early on a Sunday, maybe also on other days. That part is a bit of a drag. Having to drag
out laptop, tablet, the usual hullabaloo. Should give the bag a tag too.

Small Airport. Very boring and plain. The workers are very nice but the place needs a upgrade and the area of St.Louis it's in is the worst. So there's no safe options if you happen to have a layover. Don't go out there. The Metro Link is a no go. Unless you want shot, mugged or killed. Sad such a beautiful city riddled with crime. If you end up there just expect nothing exciting and get in and get out.

Whoever runs TSA at this airport needs to hire people who have a pleasant attitude and can at least pretend they are enjoying their job. No one likes to be barked at by an unhappy employee. Each line had different ways of loading the belt, isn't there a written correct method? Most unpleasant experience.

First time I take a flight to and from this international airport. I found it modern, practical and clean. They exhibit Great Rivers Biennial Artists, the same artists who have their works in the St. Louis Contemporary Museum and that I had the pleasure of seeing.

We have traveled through St Louis Lambert International Airport several times. It's always clean with helpful staff, nice restrooms, several restaurants and small shops to visit. We find it easy to get around.

I have flown in and out of here a couple times back in 2000. It was a decent airport. Good size. I flew TWA back then.... lol. Funny to think about it. This was pre-9/11 so the screening was easy. I don't know how it is now in today's hypersensitive world.

Horrible experience here. I had to spend the night at the airport because of a missed connecting flight. The staff was rude and told me that there were cots downstairs that I could sleep on, which ended up being false. The floors were dirty and had crumbs all over them. I asked a staff member to turn the tv down as it was 1 am and I was trying to sleep. They said they were not able to do that, which left me angry as there were other people trying to sleep too. I was given an emergency blanket to use when i slept. It was basically a plastic table cover sewn to a maxi pad. The blanket did not help as they kept this place at such a low temperature, even when it was 30 degrees outside. I attempted to sleep sitting up in a chair and it was unsuccessful because they were so uncomfortable. The only positive experience I got out of this place was finally leaving.

Really a dated airport. Fairly clean. Small crowded bathrooms.

Some of the worst restaurants I've had to suffer through in any airport. They take advantage of the captive audience and charge ridiculous prices for ok food with very poor service overall. I am amazed at the consistently bad attitudes of the employees at the restaurants here.

The concourses are split and this can really be confusing. Make sure you know where you need to be.

Access is awful. Very crowded small complicated roads and garages at the terminals! They obviously outgrew this some 25 years ago...

I had heard that STL is plagued with problems, but I hate to confirm this may be true. I had a 5hr layover at Lambert & decided to stroll around the airport to get a bite to eat and socialize. Most of eateries I visited & non-native people I spoke with had very negative comments regarding their STL experience. One person I spoke with indicated that her car was burglarized at the Pay Long Term parking lot. What a bummer! STL needs a COMPLETE MAKEOVER!

Such a poorly run airport. So unimpressed! It seemed as though they didn t know the goal was to check people in and keep the lines moving. It was poorly handled at the ticket check in line and security.

The team at the security line was just awful. Our line (of only 20 or so people) didn t move for at least 10 minutes. It was as if the employees didn t understand the goal was to move people through the line. I can t imagine what they would have done with more people, they couldn t handle the few that were there.

Everyone waiting remained calm and polite, but everyone was wondering why the regular process seemed so dysfunctional. It might be time to regroup the employees and the system.

Maybe it was an off day, but everyone being off, doesn t makes sense.

If someone was running late, the dysfunction of the normal processes would definitely cause someone to miss their flight. Might be time to take it up a notch.

DO NOT give TSA authority to evaluate the contents of your luggage without your presence. My husband was gifted a family heirloom pistol, from his mother who just passed less than a week ago. My husband had it in a locked case (as required by TSA regs) and the gate agent told my husband that TSA would need the combo to ensure it want loaded. When we arrived home, the fun was gone and there was some broken piece of plastic in its place to weigh the case down. I'm DISGUSTED by the employees at this airport. The rude behavior was bad enough, but to steal from trusting travelers is appalling. We're filling a police report.
