Terrible Wi-Fi, takes forever to connect and you only get 20 minutes of free Wi-Fi, which I am using to write this review. Come on St. Louis, who doesn't have free Wi-Fi in their Airports.

Very easy airport to navigate, but it's a shame there's no free WiFi to sign onto. I travel all over the United States and this is the only airport to date that I have encountered were it's not available.

It was very clean.

It was very clean.

And the workers I encountered were pleasant.
I dined at the Chili's and the Fresh Mex Bowl was good too.

I landed at MCO and their restroom could have done with some attention.

The signs are very last minute and not helpful or intuitive. Almost all the lights were burnt out or off in the creepy parking garage. There was a stop sign at a security booth, so I stopped and the guard was like "what do you want? Go?" Ummm following the stop sign as directed post 911 in a pandemic. Security had one lane open. 2 employees with 80 people in line and growing. Nothing to help people not familiar with the city know what was going on. Dirty with construction equipment seemingly abandoned in walk ways.

My first flight and all but 2 of the personnel that we encountered where tremendously rude and arrogant like we were in bootcamp or something. I happened to be a "routine check" And they asked if I wanted to go somewhere in private. Just check me already and get it over with. Rude at baggage check and throughout. MIA is 100% better so far. Bad bad experience at Lambert.

Security check in was better that most. They were a little more friendly. It's a small concorse at terminal two so easy to get to your gate. The restaurant's were the worst though, not much to choose from., but they appears to have nice places for alcohol beverages.

The main terminal at STL / Lambert International Airport is much like a small town or municipal airport. Upper level is ticketing / check-in, lower level is access to gates and luggage claim. The upper level does have a restaurant and the lower level has a Starbucks, a sundries shop and couple other restaurants as well as some snack and drink machines. There's ample seating, immediate access to the garage, and a very logical set up for passenger pick ups, ride shares, taxis, and smoking areas. Everything is connected like an old Town Square which lends itself to the navigationally challenged. The lack of 5 stars is due to the fact that all interior stores/restaurants/bars often seem to close down at 7 or 8pm.... which sucks when you just want to grab a snack after a long day of travel travails.

Just got off our plane from Orlando Florida. We were at baggage claims, waiting on our luggage when we noticed two ladies, both in wheel chairs. They were struggling to get their luggage off the belt, so we went over to assist. They informed us that two workers rolled them there and left them without giving them the correct help. They even informed us that they tipped them as well. We helped them get their luggage and rolled them to the taxi area. The lady at the help desk was very friendly and helpful. The manager she called down, just gave a petty excuse for their behavior.

This is a very interesting place! It s like they have every creature comfort including parking for departures, shelves above the urnials, all the seats face the same way and a Hudson news every 20 ft. I would recommend a stop here sometime.

A perfect sized and maintained airport serving the St Louis region. TSA is smooth and efficient. Car rental locations are off-airport with each company providing frequent and free shuttle service. If one wants a quieter part of the facility to make calls or do work, area of Gates C27 and C28 are usually empty the numerous times I have been to STL. Traffic around the airport is heavy only during rush hour times.

There are two terminals at this airport; I departed from Terminal 2. The check in desks and security are instantly there when you walk through the door to get in. There seems to just be a Starbucks before security, so there's not much to choose from if you want to hang out prior to going through. Security went faster than expected considering the line size. There are decent food choices from quick stops to sit down restaurants. What I really liked was that at all of the gates, essentially any person should be able to find an outlet that they can use since they are almost at every single seat.

The International Airport is really nice. The section I was in appeared new....I flew Southwest. My biggest complaint was at Auntie Anne s Pretzels. I love their product but the girls behind the counter were so rude! I was here on June 20, 2018 at 9:30am. The counter help were in a conversation with each other and after waiting and totally ignored the customer, I finally asked if she could help us and her remark was What do you want with an annoyed tone in her voice. I replied to buy some pretzels. She just about rolled her eyes at me. After I told her my order she shorted me a pretzel! I only wanted 3 not 20!! I will more than likely not come to this airport again but if by chance I do I will not get any pretzels from Auntie Anne s. The manager really needs to frequently check on there staff.

One of the best mid western airport. Security lines are manageable, not bad at all. Easy checkin and picking up bags. Very clean and maintained. Awesome food options, comfortable seating areas.

This is a nice airport. The word international is some what misleading. You can not fly to Japan, England, Italy or Germany from this airport. Have to fly to Chicago O Hare and then on to your international destination. The drop off location at terminal 1 is very nice. If your going to take more than 5 minutes to say your good byes . Please, park in the garage! There are people waiting for a spot just to be dropped off. There are two terminals, be sure you get dropped off at the correct terminal. There s a shuttle between the terminals.
