Well organized, pretty clean (at least on the inside). Not a lot open in the concourse at 5 AM except Dunkin' Donuts, so if you're taking a red-eye you might want to bring snacks and such.

Dinged a star for security theater (applies to all airports with TSA stations).

Very nice. A bit confusing trying to get to street level. You have to go all the way downstairs to get luggage, then back up a level to get to where your loved ones can pick you up. Other than that, very nice.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Gate 18 well set out. People nice. Plenty of places to eat and drink right beside the gate. Not jammed either. Plug and usb cell charging stations at gate seating area.

It is not crowded for one. We checked in went through security and to our flight in no time. The whole airport was not busy at all for a Monday after a holiday. Another of shops were not open for some reason.

This isn't a great place for anyone hoping to do anything other than talk with your fellow travelers. Lines are long, food is limited in variety, and you get 20 minutes of low-speed wifi before you have to pay through the nose for 2 months that you KNOW you won't use. This is a great airport for the 1980's, and a terrible one for the modern age. When the wifi is free, the food more palatable than fried butter, and the security line shorter than 20 minutes, I'll have to come here again.
Clean, though.

EZ to get to every terminal, Delta was early with both arrival and departure. Checked bag was waiting at baggage claim at both St Louis and Minneapolis this has never happened before. Hats off to Delta

Overall pretty good experience flying into and out of this airport. East to navigate with great signage. Got to try a new TSA machine where you didn't need to remove anything from your bags - but this didn't seem to be any faster even at 3:45am with only a few people going through security. Other than that, no complaints.

Unbelievably rude employees directing traffic, forcing you to move forward even when people are clearly standing in front of your vehicle. I understand there is an abundance of vehicles moving through the arrival and departure pickup area but let s try to remember that people are saying hello and goodbye to family members; trying to make the most of situations that aren t always the best.

I've been through this airport so many times over the years going back to the 1980s. It is still very outdated. Parts of it are kept clean and some well... During recent times in the midst of COVID-19 they are making an effort to ramp up the cleanliness. So there's that. Did not really have to interact with personnel as social distancing was on high alert.

As outdated as it is (Old TWA hub) it is relatively easy to navigate, particularly when fewer travelers are in it.

Airport terminal 2 was terrible. Escalator to main floor was not working and normal exits were closed off because of construction. Using the elevator in COVID times was problematic and carrying a heavy suitcase up a long flight of stairs was difficult. All very crowded and very disconcerting given pandemic issues.

This airport in my opinion is extremely confusing. I get lost trying to get from point A to point B. It's nothing like OKC but I guess it is a lot bigger, too. But LAX is easier to navigate ..The staff is friendly enough, it's clean. It's just confusing!

Good runway overall. 11-29 is so underrated though. When you're in a metal tube barreling towards the heavens you want a nice comfortable ride. At 11-29 that is promised given how little the runway is used. 12R-30L is so used that its too mainstream for a runway expert like myself. If you are a family that likes to be obnoxious and loud at 30,000ft then 12R-30L is for you. But those that enjoy adventuring in the unknown 11-29 is definitely worth a try.

Easiest airport to get into and out of. Wish they had left the angled parking at departures, though. Security is friendly and efficient, and baggage comes out relatively quick. Although, sometimes I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my bags. Overall, it is a friendly, well run airport.

Long gone are the days where this airport was a big hub. Today the airport is looking a little dated and feels dirty. I wish it could get a serious makeover. The Southwest Airline Terminal seems newer but still they only use two luggage carrier belts, so when I arrives it takes forever to get my luggage.

Apparently masks are not a requirement at Lambert Airport. Many people were wearing them but others not. There is no one at the airport enforcing masks and many employees without or pulled below the nose or chin. Which makes me believe that sanitizing is not present either.

Confusing signs both in the baggage pickup area, and on the parking lot misdirecting you to the wrong exits for the rental cars shuttles, and the exit from the airport attached garage.

The car garage levels actually have colors instead of numbers, with green for example corresponding to 3rd level, Yellow to second level, etc. which makes it confusing to get to the the get to the level for departures for example at least the first time.
