The service is not even and not customer oriented. They took money for roaming (and I did not go anywhere!) they have some kind of glitch and are not going to disassemble. Already wrote 3 complaints on the site, no one responded. They change the tariff without offering, but simply put in front of the fact that they switch to the most expensive one. You do not feel like a welcome customer who needs a company.

I had a special tariff, Absolutely Unlimited, not published in wide access, a discount for loyalty, I paid 1100 UAH per month. 3 days after the birthday (08/18/19) I received an SMS notification that I was forcibly from 1.09. transferred to another tariff. Now for the same amount of services you will have to pay about 1500 UAH. The personal manager did not even call back, as promised !!! Now forced to talk with Lifecell about the transition!

So it turns out, you need the Internet, pay 15 UAH every day. And we don't know where 9 GB of traffic went. I wish you similar service in all institutions to which you apply.

So a few moments in which Kyivstar broke the bottom (but I'm not surprised):
1. The official application (complaint) for the work of the operator was filed on February 26, 2020. The answer to citizens' appeals, by law, must be provided within 30 days. Kyivstar provided the answer today. That is 2 days before the 2-month period.
2. But the answer just made fun of stomach cramps. The operator cannot answer in essence, because it stores information for the current and previous month
That is, Kyivstar directly says that no one has even considered the complaint for more than a month !!! Well done.
3. Here are many recommendations. To which I usually answer: "You do not need to teach me to live, it is better to help financially."
4. Well, at the end. This is such an honor for a subscriber who has had a single number for more than 10 years. Not the cheapest package. Always paid on time. This is how Kyivstar sees partnerships. Despite the fact that Kyivstar earned several tens of thousands of hryvnias of profit per subscriber, it failed to be a real partner who would say (sorry, maybe this is a software error), but since you have been with us for so many years, we will just bear these costs. (actually, Kyivstar costs 0, but the subscriber spent UAH 150 to pay for the traffic stolen by Kyivstar).
So if you want such a partner - choose Kyivstar.
