The company is AWESOME for its CONSTANT and LOYAL customers! Been with Kyivstar since 2004. I had a special tariff, Absolutely Unlimited, not published in wide access, a discount for loyalty, I paid 1100 UAH per month. 3 days after the birthday (08/18/19) I received an SMS notification that I was forcibly from 1.09. transferred to another tariff. Now for the same amount of services you will have to pay about 1500 UAH. The personal manager did not even call back, as promised !!! Now forced to talk with Lifecell about the transition!
