You have gotten constantly to get ... tariffs, I don t use services for a month, the package costs 65 UAH. As a result, you took 75 UAH. Are you weird !?
After replenishing the account without notice transferred to the tariff of 100 UAH .- The guys are a contract, but work to notify the second side to begin with.
Today, more 03/31/19 and I already have a debt of -85 UAH again. So what's my fare?

I recommend to all users to support, let's massively refuse Kyivstar services - let them write a book on how to do business. :(
