Scott & Dehnay have been Awesome to work with. Straight shooter ( sometimes not what you always want to hear when it comes to your car $$ ), honest, knowledgeable, Great work. We drive 25 minutes ( past 30+ other shops ) to have them work on our vehicles.
I am a lawyer who will be representing a previous client of this establishment. I want all vehicle owners to be AWARE of this shop. All of their invoices state the following, All work carries 12 month 12,000 mile parts and labor warranty on repairs done and must be returned to S and D automotive for any warranty repairs. I want the public to know that the owner of this establishment is refusing to see my client s vehicle. His refusal was posted publicly on Google reviews for anyone to see. Scott and Dehnay of S&D auto are two of the most honest hard-working people I know. In my dealinhs with them, I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member needing autorepairs.
I had previously brought in three different cars so I trusted the shop. But my trust was betrayed when I brought in my car for ac make functioning. Scott had found that it was just a disconnected blower fan wire. It took him about 15 minutes and no parts, yet he charged me over $100 for the diagnostic. I am very upset and I ve lost my trust. He is just another scheming auto mechanic trying to get your bills. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my enemies.
I love this place and would highly recommend it if you are looking for quality automotive care at
a competitive price. I recently took my car to S & D Automotive for some routine maintenance. Being a single woman, my past experiences with this industry have not been good. So, when my car was ready, I was thrilled to NOT receive a long list of "recommended repairs/maintenance". Not only that, but they diagnosed the "maintenance required" light that had been coming on sporadically and fixed the problem! It turned out to be a simple fix for them but a big deal to me! When I received my bill, I was only charged what I was originally quoted.

Love this place !!! Always has my trucks ( multiple) ready on time and to the agreed upon price .. When extra work is necessary a phone call is made and a verbal agreement is made ..So Happy to have a local family run repair facility that I can trust !!
Joy rode my car ... doing burnouts... admitted to it on the phone. Tried to charge me for a service I never asked for. AVOID.
He replied to my post... it s a Ford Fusion with brand new tires... little hard to spin tires in a fwd family sedan. I m a nurse and he s out to make a buck.. you decide you to trust.
I brought it in for him to fix the clicking during the ignition sequence, he never fixed that and charged me about $300. I have already called the Better Business Bureau and will be in contact with the lawyer.
Oh and did I mention I have a baby due in two weeks. And he is refusing to see my car again in order to fix it correctly.
I have been taking my and my children's vehicles to S&D for the last 12 years. I am a single mom with two now adult children that take care of
their own vehicles. Consistently our vehicles are finished at the time they said they would be, the prices are reasonable and I feel confident in their ability to diagnose and repair. Their honesty, location and accommodations are much appreciated.
Scott changed out my battery and didn t check to see if there was a warranty on it. I paid a large sum of money and him $35 to put it in! and then I looked back in my books and the battery was less than three years old which means I probably had a warranty period I would ve at least like him to have a look for a warranty first! Now i m out $170
Great family shop. Never do unnecessary work. Saves me a lot of money. Highly recommend S and D.
