Reason for replacing old simcard: Unexpectedly missing connection - "emergency calls only", other SIM card in the phone lot works steadily.
For a regular replacement, the Simcartes paid 139 UAH !!! (photo of the check I add). On the official site of Kyivstar card replacement service costs - 25 UAH.
No additional services were ordered, no additional phone settings were made, the entire phonebook was in the phone! Where does the price come from? - It is unknown.
The attitude of the staff towards the customers at the lowest level.
I advise other people to take note of this information when contacting this store for service or better contact another, and for Kyivstar to pay attention to the qualified training of its staff.

I ve been using Kyivstar home Internet for the fifth year. I am satisfied with the quality !!! The only reason the lack of internet is the lack of light in the house. The speed is good, video games, everything loads quickly. Online video does not slow down.
As for communication, in general, everything suits. Yes, there are interruptions in the country, but no worse than other operators.
For comparison, for more than 10 years she was a contact customer of UMC, MTC, now Vodafone. The average check per month is 300 UAH. So when she closed the contract, no one even asked about the reasons. Here is an example of a company s interest in customers. And since there is something to compare the quality of communication is an order of magnitude worse outside the city than Kyivstar !!
