The service is terrible, they called the operator ...

The service is terrible, they called the operator before the new year, ordered a call from the master, and promised to fix the problem. But then they sent an SMS that the master will be on January 2nd. The first fee was removed. It is not possible to use the Internet due to technical conditions. They were waiting for the second of January. They send an SMS saying that they will solve the problem later: January 6th. Called, and the result is zero. Poor service is probably no where at this company
