Amazing shower, comfortable beds and great view of the river!

You see alot of different people,the employees are nice.and gambling is fun sometimes.

Fun casino. Really nice rooms. Wish there was a bar in casino with games.

I GOT A SPECIAL WINTER RATE. EVERYONE WAS WARM N KIND. VERY CLEAN EVERYWHERE. DELI CASHIER PATIENT N HELPFUL W A HAPPY SMILE. THE POOL WAS JUST RIGHT WARM. HOT TUB NICE N SMALL. I LOVED IT ALLLLLL. IF U ND A GET AWAY GO TO BONNERS FERRY N HV A BALL.

Excellent little hotel, fun casino and man... The included breakfast options are huge! The restaurant attached is excellent and they serve truck stop style sized breakfast which is free with your stay. Great spot, great view, great price.

We were a little nervous, but the room was big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we are picky! We were also a little concerned about eating in the restaurant after reading reviews from a year ago. Great improvements have been made. The food and service was outstanding. We will stay here again.

We snuck up to bonners for a getaway weekend. The room was clean and the town was sleepy, we had a good time in the casino, didn't win alot but still won and played for a long time. We got a massage at the spa. That was very good! We had a dip in the indoor pool and soaked in the hot tub. We had dinner at the river view restaurant. Where the food was very good. The breakfast that comes with the room is also full service at the restaurant. It was also very good. Its a easy walk to downtown bonners, there is some unique shops and we found some good deals to finish our Christmas shopping. It was a great trip!

Great Hotel with a medium sized casino. Fantastic dinner at the restaurant. The spa offered a great package for my wife at a great price.

Room we had bed bugs. Awful experience. Will not be back.

Restaurant dinners were horrible, breakfast not bad. Rooms were set up awkward, said microwave in room , not in ours ?!?! Hallways very narrow.

Rooms are spacious and the free breakfast is delicious.

Made reservations on deck and it was all set up. Waiter was very efficient.

Was lots of fun . Lost but had a good time . Spent about 8 hours there. Had Great lunch off their special menu . And a couple of drinks off again the special menu . Hope to go again soon

Construction of the dining area caused some unexpected distasteful dining experiences.

Loved everything about this place. So relaxing and clean.

Very nice experience. Wonderful view of the river, three very nice casinos, and a very nice restaurant. (I've used the phrase "very nice" three times!) The rooms were great!

Only bad - there was no microwave in the room, to go with the fridge.

First time staying at this location and it was nice. We got a Riverview room and it was fine. The train goes by quite frequently, but it didn't bother us. The Canada geese also fly through on their way south, which was nice. The only downside to this location is the smoke smell in the common areas and the strong potpourri smells to try and mask the smoke. It's the price you pay for having a casino in the lobby. That being said, we visited the casino and had good luck. It was an enjoyable, overnight stay. The staff were awesome.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Restaurant was decent, I've had better but by no means was it bad. Service was good, she did forget some stuff that should be simple, but very friendly. And the veiw is beautiful. However, we dropped our things in the room and went to the casino for the evening. Upon return, I found a dirty washcloth on the bench, a pillow was removed from the bed and the closet was open. I confronted security and was told no one but us was on our room. Next morning my husband and I were being intimate and someone tried to come into the room! Good thing the deadbolt thing caught it. I asked housekeeping about it, the girls I talked to said my room wasnt on their list. Security was "checking on it" and never got back to me. Next night, I needed more glasses for the room so I went over to housekeeping. No one was in there so I helped myself to some glasses then told the housekeeper in the pool room what I did. Walking back to the casino after dropping the glasses I was stopped by security and asked why I was in the laundry room. I told them and then kind of unloaded about someone being in my room...like you're going to stop me about stupid glasses but it's no big deal someone was in my room when they shouldn't have been. I dont know if it was housekeeping or another guest that ended up at the wrong door, either way, NO ONE had any business coming into our room either time. I will note nothing was missing. I heard of other places were key cards are dysfunctional and open doors they shouldn't. If I stay again I'm going to set up a trail cam! Would have given 4 stars for quality of room ect. But I just cant get over the people in our room thing....and it almost seemed like they've had this issue before and knew how to avoid me. Our friends had an issue with their points and when speaking with some kind of manager at the front desk, she was very rude and unhelpful. Claiming she didnt have access to this or that. Well....go get someone who does...?
Also, the casino was FILTHY. Every single machine we sat at was sticky, had ashes all over it...just gross. No cocktail waitresses at all. Oof.

Completely disappointed in this place. They promote a special price on TV but wanted to charge us $150 per night +$20 dog fee. There is no sound proofing and you can hear every person walk and talk down the hallway. They say they allow dogs....was at dinner and got a call that someone complained about my dog in the room. When i went back he was quiet and laying on the bed. Did the staff even go to confirm the complaint??? No. Then we brought the dog in the nonsmoking section casino. He was just standing quiet by my side and security said he couldn't be there unless we lie and say he's a service dog. I'm not one to lie so we left. What's the point of allowing dogs? We canceled our reservations and left. All they had to say was sorry, didn't even try to make us happy like a place should.

Nice place to stay in the area, beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms

I highly enjoyed this place from the suite to the breakfast! Only downfalls was there was no drink cocktail servers, bfast waitresses were understaffed no matter how hard they worked, and were too booked for same day facials at the spa (which I get sucks, but was advertised). Overall great, friendly, hard working staff and appreciated the experience! Bfast was amazing as well as front desk staff and room service!

Large modern and clean room. Grounds well maintained. Free breakfast was outstanding.

Recent room renovations brought Kootenai River Inn back into contention for best stay in the panhandle area.

The service at the restaurant was shabby. The food was worse than the crappiest fast food slop. It was a total wage waste of time and money. Mostly time.

Very nice atmosphere and the view of the river was great. Short walk to downtown. Noise from the casino was not noticeable at all.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. You can get a standard room with a king size bed and beautiful walk-in shower. Rooms are very clean, the restaurant food is very good and staff is great. We will be back!

Only stayed one night but it was very nice! We stayed in the falls lodge, did not have a river view but the room was very nice and new. We plan on going back in the future.

Best Get Away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has many options and a Wonderful view. Rooms are clean very comfortable with a Great View of the River. Casino is Fun with a Friendly Staff. They always remember you if you go once a year or a regular.

Room in new addition very nice...the old part hallway is kinda gross but appears they are remodeling so...restaurant was nice with excellent service and good food. Generous portions nice price. Casino is weirdly broke up into 3 rooms..one is non smoking but the other two are not.

Great to stay near the border. Kids enjoyed at the swimming pool

They act like they allow dogs but if yours sits quietly next to you as you play slots they ask you to leave.

It is a small casino that caters to both Americans and Canadians. The restaurant was the downfall. The staff was very slow. Food was very slow in coming and mediocre tasting at best. If we go back we will be eat I g somewhere else.

Very comfortable. Love the new edition. Huge rooms, beautiful showers, most comfortable beds.

I stopped to check out the place before committing to a stay. Went in the casino and reserved a table for breakfast. Security followed me everywhere I went (including the bathroom) and finally stopped me to ask, 'so what's going on, I see you wandering all over the place' I felt excluded and uninvited. Not recommend due to profiling and discriminatory tactics. Had a very fast (and delicious) breakfast knowing I was being stalked and left to find a more suitable place to rest during my travels.

This hotel is our favorite whenever we come to Bonners. Great staff, quiet rooms and love the free hot breakfast choices. This trip we stayed during the Christmas season and the hotel was very nicely decorated.

The restaurant was terrible! $26 for a tiny steak that would never be enough to fill a man! You don t get your choice of potato, it was a nasty scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy- felt like I was eating at my child s school! The mojito was absolutely terrible. The $26 meal only comes with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables that were overly garlicky! Normally when you get prime rib, you get soup or salad, choice of potato, etc. I really felt ripped off! Will never go there again! Drive the extra miles to coeur de Alene casino! They have great food and way more machines to play and their rooms are very comfortable!

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, free breakfast, great food, excellent wait staff. What's not to love? We will be back!

I have eaten here twice and have yet to be disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely welcoming. The gambling was fun and I even won a few bucks. I would definitely recommend this place for any one looking for a wonderful meal and exceptional staff.

Nice place! Clean rooms, good food and a casino that has both Canadian and American machines. The room was lovely, well thought out with the exception of the bathroom. A bit tough to navigate because it's small. Keurig coffee maker is a nice touch. Bed is comfy, and overall it was great!

Very nice rooms. Extremely clean and in excellent condition. I was concerned there might be a cigarette smell due to the casino downstairs, but you couldn't tell. The restaurant was fantastic and we loved or waiter. Highly recommend.

We have never stayed at the hotel into the casino and went to the restaurant the restaurant at excellent food very clean great service we recommend it.

Loved the views but a bit high for price but I love the river

We met our son and his girlfriend here for Christmas eve overnight and had a wonderful time! Great rooms, casino fun and good food. It was a very different Christmas and ended up being more fun than we even thought it would be!

Friendly environment and a good time (if you have a lil money to spare) the only thing that i would say that was a negative for me was the noise and how loud it was in there. Some players like there machines turned all the way up and it can get to be a lil much at times. Maybe you guys could put out some complimentary ear plugs....

Actually visited the spa, got a massage and was relaxed to the extent that at one point I think there was small dribble of drool!!

Beautiful location right on the river. Very clean rooms, food was excellent. Non smoking section and smoking sections of the casino. Train that runs occasionally through the night.

I find all the staff at Kootenai River Inn Casino and Spa are so accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are always very clean and meet all your needs. I love the senior menu at the restaurant and the food is great.

We had the most amazing time. Food was delish and the hotel was just as amazing!!! Thank you for the memories.

Was a different price than what I was told, but was overall gun, was able to gamble and the food was really good. The beds were so comfortable too!
