We stayed in a suite, it was very clean and beautiful. The balcony had a great view of the river!

The front desk staff were great, friendly and very helpful!

With that...the casino was disappointing! Unless you are a smoker, the runner never made it in the non smoking room, for drinks, on the night shift...and over all the staff were not very friendly. Anytime I asked a question, no one new the answers and I felt like I was putting them out!

Nice, large guest rooms. Hotel restaurant had a fabulous view of the river, and the menu was nice, with a lot of selections and reasonable pricing. The only small issue was that the balcony to the room, which also had a river front view, became unusable when the HVAC in the adjoining room because the exhaust was vented directly onto the already small patio, which became VERY hot as a result.

Room service was courteous and efficient. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very good front desk staff. Good parking. Rooms are big and immaculate. Robes are supplied. Very quiet in the rooms. Coffee and tea. My first choice for hotel.

I love the newly renovated part of this hotel, it s gorgeous and feels just like home. Especially in the winter, the large river running right next to hotel is absolutely gorgeous to look out at. There s this cute little town, which I believe is the main part of the town, is a little ways down the street that is a great place to visit.

it was a great hotel even w/o the casino. room was nice and spacious food and pool were enjoyable and the view was good. but the tv it was hard to change the channel

Stayed here one night on the way back from Canada. Very nice room. One of the nicest I've stayed in. I love everything about Bonners Ferry.

Awesome place except the casino takes all your money

One of my favorite Hotels, some of the best rooms, values, and a great casino as well!

We did not stay, we went in for a room quote and decided to explore other options for the night. The price seemed steep for their available options that night.

My husband has stayed at this hotel while working in the area so he knew what to expect however I was blown away by the luxury amenities in such a small town! In every interaction the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room had the nice Riverview and was perfect for us. Neither one of us are much into gambling but we played a little and enjoyed the spa, restaurant, and exploring the town. I had a time at the spa with Pam and Ida! My facial and massage was just as good if not better than at a top rated one I have been to in Spokane. We hope to make it an annual visit!

For a Bestwestern it was a five. Everything was clean and new. Our room was at the opposite end of the Casino and next to the pool which made it nice. The restraut was very clean, nicely decorated and a had a beautiful view of the river and hills and forest beyond. The lobby was also nicely and comfortably decorated with a big fireplace. The only negative was the cigarette smoke from the Casino flowed into the lobby, other than that you didn't know the casino was there. The price was perfect

Bonners Ferry is the apitami of small towns. Great place to relax with a nice Casino and Spa.

I attend water aerobics at the pool on Mondays and Wednesdays. Aida is the best instructor who makes exercise fun!! And, if you want the BEST massage, ask for Aida!

Currently remodeling, has new rooms. Right on the river. Be aware they do have a lot of train traffic, wear earplugs. Easy access to walk around town also.

Easy to locate. Plenty of parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We didn't do the spa, but spent several hours a day with the kids in the pool. Which was clean and organized and just right for our seven year old to practice his swim lessons. We ate at the restaurant several times and were not disappointed. They have outdoor seating on the patio where we watched the geese launch and land in the river. Room was comfortable and well furnished with new looking furniture. The air conditioning/heating system worked great. Shower was always hot and we had plenty of towels. Internet was free and fast enough for the kid to watch Netflix on the tablet. We had a great stay.

Great relaxing get away! The food is great and the servers are really friendly, just a little wait but i didnt mind! Try the casino, great slot action hit 350 first slot

Absolutely stunning river views. A couple of the staff had bad attitudes, but over all a good experience.

Best place in Boners Ferry to stay. Clean. Up to date. Friendly staff. Walking distance to a lot of different places. Not the quietest place to sleep though

The only reason that we did not give this hotel five stars: All aspects of our stay were excellent. However, the smell of smoke could not be covered up in the public rooms. They tried but possibly this is an impossible task.

Visited the casino part of the hotel. Very nice. Need to have a bigger non smoking slot room though. Enjoyed both the Canadian and US slots. Washrooms are nice and kept very clean.

Rooms were clean. Restaurant was better when we were there last year. The service wasn't great, and the food was mediocre.

They need to loosen those machines up a little...or a lot!

Food was very greasy and expensive for the portion given. Towels were stiff, as were robes. Poor shower pressure, many of the taps throughout the hotel were wrong, the heat being on the wrong side. Pool was very shallow, spa closed much earlier than said. Remote that was "fresh" was covered in dirt and didn't work properly from all the damage to it. The bathroom door didn't even have a latch! Overall the experience was okay, but the lodge rooms were terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Nice place to stay when in Bonner s Ferry, great location by the river and a short tunnel walk under the highway into the town.

Great service with amazing views - the staff are amazing!

We stayed at The Lodge at this facility and loved it. Room was very large, modern, quiet and the walk in shower was outstanding. Breakfast options in the restaurant were very good. If you like to gamble, the casino is right here.

The room was clean and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we did have an issue in the restaurant though. Our food came out before our drinks got to us. Otherwise, a fantastic time! The casinos could benefit from something other than slot machines and 1 blackjack table!

This place is great. I would give a 5 star, but there is always room for improvements. The whole place is well maintained, and operated.

We went to gamble. One cashier window was completely closed. Delii service personnel was taking a break so we couldn't order & had to wait. I have been there before and it was a better time.

Hotel staff are great especially Cora in the laundry department. She s very helpfull. Hotel was clean during our stay, will stay again if ever we re in the area.

Very expensive for what you receive. Staff unfriendly.

We were going to go, but they had No Masks Required flashing on their banner, so couldn't go in. Obviously, the safety of their guests are not a very high priority.

Edit to add: When you say "We highly encourage," but your giant LED sign says "No Masks Required," with no word of strongly encourage, the strongly encourage part is just lip service. Wish I could give zero stars.

The food is awesome, the cook did a great job, and the waitress was very good at her job

My family stayed in the lodge portion. It was clean and comfy. It had a really nice shower but no tub. We played at the pool, it was clean. We really liked the roped off shallow area for our littler ones. There is not a continental breakfast but they give a voucher for complimentary meal options or $3 off their entrees for breakfast. We liked it better than continental. The town is great, has fun shops within walking. Beautiful views of the river. 4 stars because the lobby smells like smoke, but the rooms in lodge did not.

Fun!! Great food and from almost anywhere is a spectacular view of the river!

Staff was friendly. Food at the hotel was good even got free breakfast with our room that wasn't just continental. Only downfall have to go outside to get to the pool and the hallway to the casino is very narrow and long.

The Springs Restaurant at the Kootenai River Inn is a great place for casual to find dining with a view. The staff is great

It always smells like smoke when you walk in. It is hard at the entrance during the day. People are friendly and helpful. Food is ok but not special.

Fabulous experience! We definetly will go back! Clean...great pool only 3 to 4 feet great for kids...

Everything is super nice and rooms and staff are great. Everything cost money and even there free promotional things cost something I would not order room service. 20.00 for children's chicken and fries

Very clean very happy with everything and won money at the casino

I recently posted a review that was not favorable. I was contacted by the Hotel Manager. My complant was the water temp. in the room. I understand this problem has been solved. My room was in the building by the swimming pool .My room was first class. Although neer train tracks, it is well insulated. I slept very well . I enjoyed having coffee delivered to my room & drinking it in my pjs. The staff was professional & helpful . The pool & hot tub were very nice. The food was excellent. Sincerely Wanda M

Love this hotel. Beautiful room with a great river view. Very clean and well located. A great breakfast was included. Staff were all awesome and very hdlpful.

This is the "go to" for my wife and I to go out and enjoy a night free of yhe kids. We get dinner and play the big video machines for fun.

Masks require unless you drink and or smoke. Felt out of place since I didn't drink or smoke and was about the only one who was wearing a mask.

Its just off US-95 and can easily accommodate big moving trucks. It's the only decent looking hotel that has both a pool and allowed pets. The casino is at the opposite end from the rooms. The River view from the restaurant is nice. My only complaint is the train noise which I'm sure the hotel can do nothing about. It was clean and the staff friendly.

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Was surprised this Best Western has a casino. My stay was great.

Rooms were nice and clean. There wasn't a microwave in our room which was a bit if a bummer. The view was fantastic although it was raining the whole time. The food in the restaurant was good very flavorful and service was fast.

I don't really care for the machines and gambling but the bars great the food good there and there's other stuff to do nice rooms reasonable
