The Kootenai River Inn is a great place to stay offering real customer service with a fun casino and a good restaurant.

Excellent value, very nice property and amenities. Fun casino, spa services available and great dining.

The room was very clean and amenities were top notch. Food was okay, hotel information was confusing but we figured it out.

Great atmosphere, nice staff. Very helpful! Both smoker, & non-smoker friendly!, Handicap accessible, & the slot machines games are totally fun, & addicting!

Kids loved the pool and hot tub! Updated rooms And beautiful views.

Very small casino it has 3 rooms with slots 2 of the rooms were stinky with cigarette smoke in one and a mix of cigarette smoke and dirty greasy food in the other the non smoking room didn't have good slots

Went for fish. This time it was a fish roll covered on some batter that wasn't good. Cole slaw not good. I won't order this again

I want to say it was good but was such a tiny casino. I'm sure the hotel part was better and I seen they had a deli too. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good, nice prices too.

Large, well-appointed room with luxurious glassed-in shower. Amazing breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the Kootenai River was included FREE to our surprise! Cooked by a chef, high quality ingredients and served with a smile by an attentive waitperson. We'll go there again!

We only had dinner but it was great!! Id definetly reccommend the restaurant in there. Plan on 50 bucks or more if you want dessert.

We have found that with every visit the Inn is always updating or renewing something to make our stay pleasant.love the friendly helpful staff.

AS ALWAYS it was a great stay at the Best Western in Bonners Ferry,ID. pleasant staff, clean room, good service in the dining room and quick check-in check-out.

Great place for a date night or for family also meetings. The only problem I had was the waitress was rude to me and I was baffled as to what I had done

Always a good time when the wife and I go for date night. Would have been 5* if I brought home some winnings

The bed was comfortable and the pillows super soft. The walk in shower was a nice amenity. Front desk staff very kind and the complimentary breakfast options were nice.

We really enjoyed the restaurant on site.

The casino was small, but to be expected, decent slot machines with spacing for covid. There were also hand sanitizer stations all over the hotel which was nice.

The only real quick complaint is that when on first floor you really can hear alllll the footsteps upstairs. Also the doors mostly have to be pushed pretty hard to shut so we heard a bit of that at awkward times too.

The view from the room with the little patio was fantastic.

Bathrooms are really nice and bedrooms are big. Awsome hotel.

The staff here was wonderful! We had a King Suite with the Jacuzzi, it was clean, cozy and very relaxing. The alarm clocks projects the time on the ceiling and it had a variety of white noises to choose from to help you sleep. The breakfast was nice, I just wish it was more like an all you can eat continental, but it was still amazing. The servers were nice and the Riverview was spectacular! Really nice decor! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Room was nice, clean. Needs are hard. Casino is a joke. Restaurant, service was okay. Food.. Careful what you order. It's hit or miss. Miss for me. Pool, pathetic, 3 feet to 4 then back to 3 feet. Water was disgusting although you could taste the chlorine just walking in the room. Hot tub was even worse. Water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. Personally I will probably never return.. Ever.

This is a fun casino with a very friendly and helpful staff. This place only has slots, and no live table games. They have smoking and non smoking gaming. And if you have to take a break to use the restroom, I think they have the cleanest bathrooms in the county. I am talking about immaculate. Very nice and comfortable common areas as well. A great place to visit.

The food was so delicious! The prices were great! Everyone was so friendly too. Rooms were newly remodeled the view was beautiful! Overall stay was great and will for sure be coming here more often!

Great staff that were happy to help, room was very nice and was very clean. Restaurant was good, again staff was happy and eager to help, food was good. My only complaint is the bed was a way too firm, but we will stay again in the future!

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms and food are here. Really like the stone tiled bathroom and spacious room with balcony overlooking the river. Huckleberry pancakes and perfectly cooked eggs topped off a very nice first night stay.

Breakfast at the springs restaurant was terrible burnt hash browns and there was 7 of us could eat the pan cakes service could have been better to bad they spent there money on a remodel and not on a cook

This Place Everyone has their agency with a mask. The food is delicious. They have a virtual black jack table, the dealers virtual, and you play eachother!!! Rooms are fabulous, showers though. Pet friendly, to the rooms only. No smoking in rooms, designated areas outside

Food is tasty; we just left there. We were shocked to see a cook/chef
in a white jacket, standing on the edge of the dining room and picking his nose! A real turn off. He needs to be more careful, and wash his hands! Also, there were flies throughout the dining room! Don't know if we will come back...
