Shower did not drain. 4 of us stayed for a wrestling tournament and only one person got a shower. Told the girl at the front desk and all she said was sorry. No contact from manager and no fix to the problem.
Worst Casino and Hotel I ve ever been to. All they do is harass their guests and kick people out into the cold weather. Their hospitality is absolutely awful!! if I could give negative stars I would.

A great place to stay and play. Close enough to drive easily. Yet when I got home it felt like a mini vacation.
Stayed in the new two story section which has recently been remodeled. The room was very nice but I can not recommend this facility because to get to the pool, the casino or restaurant you have to walk outside through a covered but not closed-in walk way. Who wants to walk outside in the winter to go to the pool? Who wants to cart their coat, gloves and hat to the casino? The next issue is that the main building stinks. The smoke is so bad that it flows into the common areas, hallways and restaurant. It makes your nose, eyes and throat burn and clothes and hair stink. It is sad because the food in the restaurant is good although the wait service was poor. While housekeeping seemed to do a great job keeping the rooms clean the same food trays were still sitting in the hallways from Friday night until Sunday when I left. With just a few changes this could be a great place to stay: Add much better smoke eaters and ventilation. Enclose the walkway between the 2 story addition the pool and casino. Have someone police the hallways and pickup the foods service dishes and trays and get more wait staff. Then you would have 5 stars.
Our room was clean, large and comfortable with upgraded amenities. The bed was comfy and the linens, pillows and towels were of good quality. The casino was smaller but didn't feel that way. Lots of the games we like. Employees throughout our stay were helpful, friendly and dressed professionally.
It's a great place to stay, their restaurant and lounge serve excellent food and a great selection of mix drinks and beer the casino is a great place to enjoy and spend your time and "money!" and with a beautiful view of the river
I was only there for the casino.. Was with a couple of friends.. One went in with 200 bucks and came out with 1150 dollars..

My husband and I have always enjoyed each and every stay that we have had at the Kootenai Casino. The staff are always so warm and friendly and make you feel welcome. The beautiful building and amazing view of the river.
Would highly recommend the Kootenai Casino to everyone to have a wonderful stay.
Perfect for a two night getaway. Try the spa. Friendly, capable staff and The Tub is to luxuriate with a rubber ducky.
Rooms in the Lodge addition were very nice. Odds in the casino slot machines were not great. Dangerous entry and exit to main road was under construction during our stay. Restaurant was nice with a river view. Food was great if a little spendy. Overall we enjoyed our experience.
The staff and everything was excellent but for a suite and price I wouldn't book it next time . suite was nothing special.
Look, I like the place. But I do think it s wrong that they doubled their price on me due to covid. I was staying their for essential business. And, while, I should ve checked their prices prior to booking and staying, I didn t think it necessary because I thought it couldn t be much different from the previous visit. It s nothing more than price gouging at this point.
We Stayed Again after a great experience the last time there. This time it was the exact opposite. Horrible. We stayed in the lodge room 141, the room was filthy, smelled like animal piss. Eye watering, we complained and they came and sprayed disinfectant. It didn't solve the issue just covered it up. Our friends were staying in the lodge as well and came to our room, the stench was unbearable, we complained again and tried to change rooms, but it was the only one available, It ruined the entire trip. My wife and my clothes stank like animals when we arrived home. Definitely not worth the drive and money.
We are dinner in their restaurant. There were about a dozen of us and everyone had a nice tasty meal and a great time!
Poor service lack of handicapped services. The employees act like they are to busy to assist people who need help. Never seen anything like it.
We just heard news that the food and beverage manager, Tony Fleck has been let go. Tony made the biggest changes in that restaurant in years as it had gone downhill considerably from the classy place it was when it first opened. The food was not anything to write home about, certain wait staff took away your appetite, and others had poor attitudes and sloppy service. When Tony came on it was an immediate change for the good. I don't know what the management is thinking.
Great rooms, kids love the pool. Not the most inexpensive Inn and the casino is a drag (I'm not a gambler), but overall a positive and fun experience.
Stopped here for lunch while traveling home to Washington. Very nice hotel, casino, and spa. Restaurant overlooks river and pasture land out to low hills and mountains. Was raining so somewhat socked in. Food was tasty and nice sized serving. Decor in casino and restaurant was clean, pleasant, and welcoming. Bar is centered in one end of the restaurant. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't speak to that, but looks lime a nice layout.
Great casino. Good staff, smoking is frowned upon in the non smoking section though :'(. So that was a big balloon popper. All in all though, great casino/hotel. I'll be back every chance I get.
Clean room. Bathroom has been updated. Shower is very nice. You can hear the people walking in the room above. Nice view from the balcony.
If your here to gamble its fun. Swimming pool was freezing cold. At the food stall,staff was slow as a snail. Food was microwaved! No coffee 3 seperate times that we tried to get some. The casinos are nice. Enjoyed that at least.
Quiet but didn't like the spiders on the balcony of room. But found that they were useful bcuz they killed dangerous spiders like the brown recluse the hobo spider and others. They were cat spiders
Room was very nice & clean. Had ordered some special items to be in room, upon arrival, & all was presented beautifully. Bed comfy. Had an early check in with no problems. Pool not so deep, but enjoyable. Cozy little hot tub. Casino small, but you don't get lost that way! A number of machines. The breakfast served in the restaurant was such a plus...very good!
Rated the stay 5 stars, because the hotel room was very clean and everything looked new. River view nice, Restaurant great
Haven't gambled or spent the nights but I've had several meals at the restaurant. Food comes out super quick. Good drinks. TVs everywhere. Good food, big portions, fresh vegetables.
The Lodge is a great place to stay. Quiet and clean.
Went in for lunch. It was good. Probably go up and stay a night this summer.
This is a beautiful resort. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. It was spotlessly clean and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was outstanding - eggs, choice of meat, hashbrowns, toast. My husband doesn't eat eggs, so they offered fruit or pancakes instead. The view from the dining room is of the river and is very calming. I'd stay here again anytime!
