Have used Komplett for many years now and still have nothing to complain about! Return and warranty issues have always been dealt with promptly and without discussion. To date: / new item must be ordered after the old one was found defective, and have to wait for weeks for new product ,,, have you become so heavy-handed and bureaucratic? Or is it just as a customer and finding a new place to shop the networks?
As a customer I only relate to Komplett but it is no longer the reality as the product you buy may be from a partner who sells the goods via Komplett's web portal (and thus takes the warranty case) NOT GOOD!
