Lousy customer service. Ordered a car seat which turned out to be defective when I installed it in the car, was recommended by customer service to order (and pay!) For another chair and at the same time send it defective in return with shipping note from complete, I should get the money back for this returned the chair. This would be the fastest way to solve this.

Turned out that a mistake was made by those who received the parcel I sent back, and now it takes up to three months for the parcel to complete its warehouse. They will not repay the money for the car seat until they have received the return. Really poorly resolved by the store.
