Deserves 0 stars. Ordered an expensive product from those who, when it finally came, was defective. This defect caused the product to be damaged during use. Contacted customer service, explained the case and sent pictures of the damage. It was probably no problem to return the item, so it was done. Once they had processed the return it turned out that it was suddenly not approved anyway. In addition, customer service was arrogant and not helpful. So there were a few thousand dollars out of the window there ... Never going to shop again, thanks to incompetent customer service.
PS: They use postnord as supplier, also a reason to shade away
Updated by answer: It may not be so strange that the product is physically damaged when it happened as a result of the defect. That was exactly what I submitted for a return request as well. I also asked to have the case taken up again, but was then told that the decision had already been taken and that the case could not be reopened.
