Haven't usually had much to complain about, though...

Haven't usually had much to complain about, though. misleading information from Komplett and I managed to destroy an expensive item. Completely refused to refund the purchase. Have been a regular customer since inception, but they have become too big and can take the liberty of being arrogant towards the customer. Now I'm boycotting, but I rarely shop because I can't find other stores. Komplett has obviously done something good, since they almost have a monopoly in Norway, but I'm trying to find alternatives.
