Absolutely lousy customer service. Missing 1 out of 2 packages and no one can answer anything. All they win is NO NO NO or WE CAN'T. What I get out of the customer service is: I DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU OR I DRIVE YOU AND YOUR GOODS YOU PAID FOR AND DON'T GET !!!
SHARP THERE !!!! Such customer behavior should be grounds for termination !!!
I have been a customer of complete for many years and left many 10 thousand if not 100 thousand plus, but now it is enough.
After this customer treatment, NEVER will trade anything more from complete. Pay more at DI (Digitalimpuls.no), because they can do it with service !!!
