I have been employed by Knightvest Residential going on almost 3yrs and the amount of team meetings focused on resident support is unparalleled to any that I have witnessed in this particular industry.
We had our maintenance team in record breaking 118deg weather for the last 60+ days. We were not only pushed to our limits by our environment, but asked to give more to our residents during this pandemic by Senior staff and professional mentors. Some of us had to quarantine as the rest of the team picked up the slack. We were short staffed and the rest of the team picked up the slack. Knightvest Residential poured resources into our community to ensure the highest customer service possible during these trying times. Our residents not only met us halfway, but they went above and beyond in embracing our team with understanding and patience when we fell short.
I cannot speak for others, but it is with great pride when I look back to this last summer. I love how we came together as a community and built new relationships between our maintenance staff and residents. I absolutely love working here, because we work to serve our most valued asset; the relationships that we forge with our residents. We thank our residents for the opportunity in allowing us to continually serve you. Thank you, Knightvest Residential for the continuing support in resources, mentorship, opportunities for growth and most important, keeping us focused on what is most important; our residents.
