Where do I begin??! I would like to start off with I ve been living here for not even two years and the property manger has changed three times. The first one was just a blooming idiot and the second one didn t know how to speak to someone in an email let alone in person, but the third just doesn t speak at all. I wonder how nice it is to sit in an office making $$$ and NEVER get up to attend to your residences or help your staff with issues. Then there is the property. Do you like to swim? If not, then this place is for you. They have two pools on the property and have had the excellent goal of keeping it green on BOTH through both summers I ve lived here, but you can charge me for using property amenities no problem. Both mail boxes have been broken into and instead of the property manager doing her job and sending emails to her residences, they let you wait to go see that mail has not ben delivered for two weeks and you have to go talk to them In person for them to tell you it is out of their hands. Such a kind staff, company, place to live I happen to live right by the office and due to the gate being broken and the staff NEVER knowing when anything will be fixed, I get to drive all the way around the property to get to my apartment. Last year right before Thanksgiving I had the honor of having the upstairs neighbor come downstairs to threaten me and then throw money at me due to, they felt as if I complained so much and $100 was enough hush money. Not only were they loud, rude, played loud music almost every night around 3 am, but they were your local meth dealers. The woman was not on the lease and a different car and person was in and out that place. I placed 21 calls to officers on property and the front office staff had the audacity to tell me that nothing could be done due to there was no physical proof. Once I called Baytown PD and they were involved the persons were removed within a week. Our water bill is always messed up and is a different amount every month. Since I moved in and they continue to tell me that I m two months behind from moving in and that is normal. Well when my bill states three different amounts coming out on one payment then that makes me the crazy one. The issues in the apartment are never resolved and it took my boyfriend and I to hire someone to fix what the apartment is paid to do. All listed above just adds up and today I had the final thing to blow me out of the water. I put in my 60-day notice in July and had an email sent for a payment due in September. I call the office and the same girl that helped me on my garage and screwed that up as well, states I NEVER put in my notice. She then processed to put me on hold like always for 15 mins and then comes back to say she will investigate it. I was lucky they even picked up the phone because that is a nonexciting thing for them. I then hung up to wait and I get a call back with a different person (NOT THE MANAGER) to tell me she never got the email for the notice. I m sorry, but If you never got an email back for a signature for something that important, wouldn t any normal person contact you back and resolve the issue. NOPE!!! I get the blame and then me raising my voice because THEY messed up, she processed to tell me to calm down and its not just our stuff she is working on but ten other things at the same time. I then state, Well if you had a manager doing her job then you wouldn t be over your head in stuff and blaming the resident. Not only am I getting ripped off with the water and amenities, but also for me to even move out of the apartment all together. I have contact corporate and if no action is taken on the staff or refunding or even taking half of the move out cost off, I will seek further help for all that I have endured living at this HELL HOLE.
