Okay so when my apartment complex (Beckley formerly Beverly Wilshire)changed management things took a turn for the worst. Not happy with this management at all. From the beginning I noticed I was always given then run around. When I needed my carpet cleaned I kept getting a date to when the carpet cleaning guys would show and they never did. It took me 2 months to finally have someone come over. If I ever need to get ahold of someone on the phone it's hard to get a human being to talk to...I kept calling all week and nothing. I have sent various emails about my upstairs neighbors throwing wild parties and throwing trash weed and coke bags down my balcony. I have called the cops various times on them and they keep on. I can't sleep my kids can't sleep! I tried getting a transfer and the only one to tries to help me is Mrs. Shardae. Other than that nobody. I was told today that there is nothing to be done about them making noise. Have I called the cops already? Smhhhhh Plus those people aren't even on the lease. Its frustrating to not be able to sleep especially if you have little ones. Also, there is mold growing in here and its making me feel funny.....I have kids and this is a big nono. I can go on but it's too much to write...another reason why I want to transfer but I guess that's too much to ask.
