As a tenant of Saratoga Ridge Apartments in Austin, TX, I unfortunately have not experienced the commitment to excellence that your company overstates is a vital portion of your mission and values.

I have lived in my current home since March 2019 and in the 3 months that I have been a tenant, I have put in 9 separate work orders for the same issue: my air condition. And in those 3 months, the issue is still present. My a/c has been temporarily fixed but the maintenance team has not found a satisfactory solution. They offered to replace my a/c unit in hopes of having a more permanent solution but that has not happened yet. I would like to know what steps are going to be taken to rectify this situation so that I can ensure that my stay with this company is an enjoyable one.
