Reliable bank, great value for the costs and a very nice fast service desk. I am still missing a kind of usp at knab. You can go to several major banks for a cheap checking account. ING is quite progressive, but if you are against big bonuses for CEOs and dubious investments with your money, then you are wrong. Bunq is ahead of the others in this but has not proven to be reliable in the subscription constructions so I stopped recommending. Knab is a bank that I fall back on every time. Completely in joint need. Maybe they can just expand that. Transparency, reliability. Safe haven for families. Something like that? Of course, parent concern aegon has something to make up for in that area.

For years been a happy customer of a top bank. But oh dear if you have to change something in the personal details. Then forget about it with good customer service. You are sent from the box to the wall, change an address? pfff have been busy with it for 3 days but unfortunately. Both me and my husband (and / or) bill can't get it done. My mail arrives at the right address, its mail at the old one. Prutsers !!! Look for a new bank.

As a start-up, I became a customer of Knab a few years ago, the bank that would do things differently. And they have done that: zero business development, zero innovation, serious functions that you need as a company are missing, and indefensible cost increases are made out of nowhere.

If you become a Knab customer as a self-employed person, it is fine if you have to make a payment here and there. If you are growing larger and you want to prepare payments in batch (which is really basic business functionality), work with access levels or have a full accounting link, then you should not be at Knab. The impossibility to work with a random reader also makes it impossible to use by growing companies.

Feedback is answered politically correctly and evasively. Knab Zakelijk lacks decisiveness and customer focus. Developments for the consumer branch should not slow down or stand in the way of business developments. Knab had better only focus on the private customer as all effort is put into it.

If you are looking for a serious business bank, then you really better go to the major banks. That costs a little more, but you get the functions you can expect as a business customer. If you really want to make far-reaching links, bunq is really the best. A bank that may be arrogant, but unlike Knab, it takes business customers seriously.

We are a general partnership of which only one of the 2 partners has access to the account. The other partner does not use this account. Has no card, no app. Nothing. Now this 2nd partner had to identify himself via the app. Explained that only 1 person can dispose of the account. Apparently that makes no difference, because the account is simply blocked !!!! Second partner installed the app, went through all the steps, all those steps again regarding re-identification, and then they had to call to verify everything again. The account would be unblocked within a quarter of an hour at most. Not. We can call again and so on. Fantastic action Knab. Is it legally allowed to block an account if the sole proxy has met all the conditions ????

I have been a KNAB customer for more than a year, both for business and private use. And so far to your complete satisfaction! Many things can be arranged smoothly online and if something fails, you will be helped by the KNAB employees by telephone. In addition, KNAB systematically seeks dialogue with customers to continuously grow their products and service offering in line with the wishes of their customers.

It is almost impossible to start a new bank at this time, when everything, especially in the financial world, is completely regulated in rules and guidelines. KNAB has succeeded in this and when I see how almost everything goes smoothly, I am very impressed by this. Dear people, do not open an account with this bank.
I have an account here and I also have a valid ID. The bank indicates that they only use the chip in your identification to re-identify, this is given after having previously identified when opening an account. My chip cannot read the Knab app properly. As a next step, Knab has blocked my online banking environment. After July, the pass would also have been blocked, they have now done this unannounced. However, I have been begging for weeks on how to identify myself or close my account without being able to log in, as they blocked me. I have now opened an account elsewhere. The other banks take a picture of your face and a photo of identification with their app. I can't afford anything anymore. Now that they have blocked the pass unannounced earlier than agreed, I can't even get food. Have asked them nicely how we can fix this. Several employees have indicated that I have to log in and close my account. While knab can no longer log in. As a result, legal aid is now enabled as I can identify myself, just not in their preferred manner. The way they have initiated this process and fail to help customers with their identification issues is downright anti-social. There are banks where you pay less for normal services.

- old-fashioned and error-prone procedure for transfers in other currencies (fill in PDF form and e-mail it back)

Wasted a lot of time trying to register. The application is slow and has quite some bugs.

Applied three times because of different issues with the app, each time they advice only to reinstall the app, and after they remove me from their database, proceed again.

2 out of 3 attempts my documents were fine for them, but the third time they are suddenly considered not valid. Customer service is not helpful in this case.

Zzp account opened pass and pin received. Pin does not work at the pass. Employee talked, told us we had to try again. Entered a good pin but does not work. Pass is now blocked. Again called with stefani, who told us at the pin machine pins then you unblock the pass again. Never heard that this was possible, but of course it doesn't work either. If only I had read all these bad reviews before, I would not have opened this account. Invoices cannot be paid on time. We do not get any good cooperation from this bank. You suddenly stopped everyone's credit card and expect everyone to apply again for another credit card. Do you have any idea how long this takes to apply?

In response to Knab's response on this - your customer service didn't help. I eventually opened a new account with ABN Amro and got approved on their credit card straight away. Your process for some reason was impossible for me because you expect everyone to apply directly with ICS. You can do this without a Knab account. This was very lazy or probably you weren't ready for the change. There was obviously a reason to change credit card providers that you hadn't planned on. This shows your infrastructure wasn't mature enough. This is a long string of problems I've had with this bank so I will be happy to move away which is a shame because I was optimistic about Knab. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone. More expensive than other banks and less convenient. The app has been down 3 times since I joined in October. It's just not reliable I'm afraid.

Too often there has been a fuss with KNAB's IT system. This time the address book was deleted and I could not transfer money. Of course it can happen once, but this happens too often and unannounced. There is no offline (telephone) possibility (even after waiting 20 minutes) to be able to transfer money. I like a surprise, but not if I have to wait and see if I can transfer my money or not. IT dependence is a fact at every bank, but KNAB scores far more than enough.

After many times of contact with the grace of God, I received a 2 month delay. But in the middle of corona time finding a new sofa, transferring everything and throwing away printed paper. One employee thought along and the other didn't really care and I had to arrange it. Further postponement is not possible, company broken or not. Disappointment. Knab's concept appealed to me: an internet bank that would do things slightly differently. So switched from Rabo to Knab. Nice features such as anti-overdraft and easy creation of extra accounts appealed to me. But it actually is. You would expect useful search functions, smart export options, something innovative like integration with IFTTT. But none of that. ApplePay is still not regulated and in terms of usuability there is still a lot to do. To give an example, if you have multiple accounts, you need to keep an address book per account .... In the search function you can only search in date range. The cash book / accounting function is sadly bad, it seems to be a product that is far from ready and has not been tested sufficiently. What is good is the possibility to chat directly, and to give feedback, too bad they never do anything with it.

Had potential but unfortunately. When opening an account you can choose your own pin code for your card. But somehow I got a random PIN anyway. Apparently it is not possible to change the pin code afterwards, which is a shame. Furthermore, both the app and the website seem a bit unstable. Besides the fact that choosing your own pin code does not work, the app does not work well in use, logging into the web environment does not always work well and there are some other bugs. Also a pity that Knab does not support Apple Pay. It would also have been nice that the savings account had its own IBAN. All in all, Knab is unfortunately not for me and as a mobile bank they are not yet ready for the future. Unfortunately!

Very satisfied with the bank function. But for optimal use, you must have the latest versions of iPad or iPhone. Well I didn't have one. I am much less satisfied with the KNAB credit card that ends 1-4 and is replaced by the ICS Card. After a wonderful holiday, some free time in your own country. Recovered from the trip today trying to get rid of some loose ends. To attempt? Try yes ... but a 'modern' sofa is a problem.
Some time ago an and / or account for wife and daughter Sharon was opened at KNAB. I already had a business account and I was quite satisfied with it. Open account, no problem. But now the old bill to the new Knab had to be settled for Sharon, who is seriously underdeveloped. Request made via the app and what do I get in response?
"We have received the form to initiate the switching service. Unfortunately, we cannot start switching yet because it has been signed by an administrator. If there is an administration, we would like to hear from you who of the persons on the and / or account is under administration. We would also like to receive a document stating that our customer is not authorized to handle his own banking affairs .: "
The confirmation of administration of the Court is therefore sent as a PDF. Less than an hour later, my wife gets a phone ... it is a service employee of KNAB.
After a lot of blah blah the simple message is, KNAB does not (yet) have facilities for an account in which an administrator is involved! The bill will be closed !!!!! WTF ??? Then why are they asking for a document that confirms that, jerks !!!!
So opening an account is possible, but my wife as administrator can arrange Sharon's banking affairs at this KNAB bank. I will call you back...
Same bla bla story ..... was in the conditions etc etc etc ... do you read that if an account can be opened without any problems? Not me.
Mentorship and administration is regulated by law in NL. If that is the case with you or in your circle of acquaintances, please bear in mind that KNAB CANNOT act on this.
So again all the trouble to turn everything back to another bank, of course to close the personal accounts at KNAB and again looking for a simple business account for me. Suggestions are welcome.

Knab is really a fantastic bank, for me they are more than just a bank where I can arrange my money affairs very clearly, easily and securely, but also a good adviser. Watch out for (starting) entrepreneurs with the KNAB transfer service! If, like me, you were already doing business for a non-officially classified account, KNAB would bring you home from a cold funfair. They do not execute the switch service. This is not stated in the promotion conditions or on the web pages, but KNAB relies on the general terms and conditions (which you do not see when requesting the service) and do not do this, not even when inquiring. Save your time and a damper with this info.

Super satisfied with this bank. Acceptance was also done in this way, unlike my own bank where I, as a self-employed person, fell into a questionable profession for them, was not accepted to open a business account.
So all my banking moves to KNAB and no regrets.
I do not need someone to physically talk to regulate certain banking, at KNAB all this can be arranged online.
Opening an extra account for private matters was no problem.
By accounting exports, I can easily handle all payments in my administration program.
Also had no problems with malfunctions, so just a satisfied customer.

I am very satisfied with Knab bank.
I think the only major disadvantage is that I can't go anywhere to deposit my cash. Very cumbersome to first have to transfer this to your own bank and then transfer it to Knab.

Furthermore, I am very satisfied.
