Business account has been blocked from one day to the next and can no longer be accessed. Pas does not work and I urgently need a blockage.

Calling will not get you through, there are always at least 13 people waiting in front of you.

I cannot proceed via the chat either. I urgently need my business account and I want to be able to pin !!!

If you are a real business customer elsewhere DO NOT AND NEVER TRANSFER TO KNAB, have been so stupid to move from ING to KNAB, but businesslike they are not. Everything that is normal for a business customer can not, is not allowed and does not want. You may not have your employees or administration office process your bank details according to their guidelines ????? If this is found, you will be thrown out of it. According to them, you must officially register your employees as moderate at the Chamber of Commerce. So it is not nice. CHEAP LOOKS DURATION

Was very happy with this sofa at first. But after an increase from 5 to 9 (without notice), I got all my reservations about whether they are really "different" from the rest of the crook banking world. And after today they block an account without notice and you end up in a difficult administrative process, I am sure. They are no better than the rest. So this will also end Knab bank. For the rest I work at ASN and Triodos, and recommend them wholeheartedly! Go for sustainable and don't be fooled by KNAB's differently profiled appearance, they are just as bad and bureaucratic as the rest of the established order.

I have been using KNAB for many years and I only have good experiences.
My reason was the high interest on the savings accounts.
The interest rate has since fallen considerably, but is still a lot higher than with the other "old" banks.
Also nice is that I never have to worry about being in the red, or the opposite, too much money on my checking account (amount determined by myself) the money is then transferred from savings account to checking account or vice versa.
But I am also very satisfied with the service, whether I ask for information via chat or by telephone, I always get a quick and clear answer.
In short, I am a very satisfied customer at the KNAB.
Yet I still have one point.
It would be nice if I could open a deposit account via the App, but you already have the 5 stars.

Total chaos after the last mandatory re-identification feature. App functionality not working, live chat (recommended) cannot help with this, customer service phone lines with more than 30min waiting times. And in the process completely stuck, even with iDentifier you can not reset your account.

Bad experiences. Try to open a joint account three times. Stuck in the system 3 times. No mention of it. Cabinet to the wall story when you call. Not an alternative. 'Just fill in the app again'.
What we wanted to become a customer for was not achieved. The opposite .... Again hope you do something with this feedback!

Switched from ABN because it is impossible there to open multiple joint (savings) accounts without physically going to an office. That is very simple at KNAB, great!

However, we also ran into some negatives:
- There is still no Apple Pay and I think that is a big disadvantage (I was already used to it by ABN and do not always have a debit card with me, even during corona it would be much nicer).
- Our steps (joint versus individual) cannot be distinguished, not by color, not by naming, but only by looking at the number. Not convenient.
- The switching service whereby automatic debits are automatically referred and informed about the new account number does not work flawlessly because not all given 'permissions' / authorizations appear to be the same. That has already resulted in several reminders. Annoying.
So far we are not very happy with the switch ...

Together with two others we wanted to open a company account at KNAB bank and after registering we were canceled without giving any reason, so it immediately starts with bad communication. We were surprised and would really like to open an account, so we decided to call to become a customer and we found out that the reason for cancellation is that we have all used our only current work email address with our contact details. This is not allowed according to KNAB and so you will be refused just like that. All we could do is sign up again, we decided to do that too. It is strange that they cannot change little things and have your entire application re-entered. When logging in again, we found out that we can no longer use our company name as a username because it is already taken. While everything has been refused and will therefore never be used again. Called again to see if something could be done about it but that couldn't and we simply had to live with it.

KNAB difficult that with 3x incorrect pin use (which is of course good) you have to block the card yourself and only receive a new card 3 days afterwards and then another 3 days for the request for a new pin code, not user-friendly and certainly not environmentally friendly. That could be faster digitally
It is also a pity that you can only send a maximum of 10 payment requests at a time, which could be increased, as this is an emerging way to collect.

If you have standard tasks and routines then it's ok bank but if you have to step aside then here come the problems...

For instance you can't make a payment in the currency different from Euro via their web interface, you have to fill in the pdf form then upload it to them and wait DAYS!!!!! to get it done.

Client support is poor, it's obviously that the bank saves money on it. If you call them or try to chat get ready to wait tens of minutes at least before being answered.

Switching from Rabobank business to Knab business was the best decision for me. Super easy to reach via mail and telephone and a very affordable payment account, hopefully this will stay that way. Every time I call I get almost immediately an employee on the line to help me immediately without fuss but to the point. Very satisfied.

1) The three other mortgage advisers (ABN AMRO, Viisi and Woonhuisfinancieren) have given me a better mortgage offer than those of Knab.
2) Knab.nl has a chat function, but 1.5 million hearing impaired and deaf Dutch people can not use that chat function to get a mortgage advice. The mortgage loans can only be obtained by telephone, Knab said. I still do not understand why Knab does not make an exception for those with hearing impairment.

Most unfair bank I have ever experienced. The entire policy of this bank is based on keeping people on the line and they cannot do anything for you. You will be referred to the app that is worthless. Everyone within this organization is worthless. I am happy that I am now sitting at a different bank and not at a mess.

I started a one-man business and that includes a business account. Me and a friend of mine have given up the same activities at the Chamber of Commerce. I was initially refused because my activities did not match what I stated at the Chamber of Commerce. But my friend is accepted but we have made an identical application, the difference is only in the fact that he has a Dutch passport and I do not. After two weeks of calling I was able to make the request again and every time there was something with my passport photo. If you have a policy to exclude people with a foreign passport, then you must immediately indicate that I do not have to waste my time and energy either. After 21 days I was still without a bill.

Now, after a year or so, I can judge it with some nuance. Strong points are a very good customer desk and relatively low rates (although these have also increased considerably).
Weak points are innovation (Apple Pay does not work, for example) export of bank transactions from a private account (there is not) and a rather cluttered web environment. Other banks simply do that better.
And the included credit card has already been replaced by another company, and the switch (required by Knab) was such a tragedy that I only took an American Express card.
Coming from Rabobank I have considerably less costs, that's true, but if that outweighs the disadvantages, I would say no. So I regret the switch. I shouldn't have, despite the friendly helpdesk, but they don't solve the problems either.

My transfer service has now been canceled for the second time because I would not have confirmed. After the first time I searched everywhere I should confirm, but there was simply nothing to be found; online, in the app, mail ... The entire process has now taken 6 weeks and all this time we have 2 accounts in use in parallel. The solution of the friendly lady in the chat was to do everything over again, but of course I couldn't pick up my old request, because "the system had already canceled it".

If I do everything again, the first possible date is again 2 weeks in the future and I have no confidence in it anymore. What a lousy switching service. It would have been quicker to refer all my payees one by one.

I really had a very bad experience. I opened a business account with knab where they asked for a lot of personal documents. This eventually sent but had just moved and therefore it was difficult to send this entire package with the same address. Finally sent the documents. REJECTED! so I call, they cannot give me a precise reason but also no solutions or helpfulness while I have no BKR hard work and have never been involved in criminal matters. Totally 0.0 helpful on the phone. What a bad process and what a bad service !!!

Relatively recently, I switched to Knab for a large part of my banking business. This is because Knab online largely offers the same services that are relevant to me as the more traditional banks, where the latter often still have to go to the bank in person.

It is not mentioned that you are obliged to open a bank account, for which you pay 60 euros annually !!

If you include this, your interest will of course be disappointing. Other banks do not do this and KNAB is therefore incorrectly and unfairly high in the lists.

I am a satisfied user of KNAB.
But there are also a number of points for improvement. KNAB has a handy app for the mobile phone. Logging into the site is unfortunately no longer possible with only name and password.
The use of a pin device, not unimportant for an entrepreneur, is not supported by KNAB. A third party is needed for this.

The only (major) disadvantage is, we can no longer open an "and or" account with you (first an "and or" account and then business accounts is possible) ....
