Super nice couch with very clear communication and a nice and clear app. You can open as many accounts for 1 price as you want, so you can make handy jars. And switching was super easy!

Very satisfied. In addition to Knab, two other banks, but they can really learn from this. The app works great. The website works great. But they are also available for telephone support. And not to forget, much cheaper than the other banks. Top.

The chat support desk worked quickly. I asked for help when I was unable to make a transfer via the iPad, the helpdesk employee consulted with an IT specialist and suggested that I give it a try. That worked.

One star for its ridiculous (practically non-existent) customer service EDIT (response to response): For example, how about the fact that chat customer service is only available when you log in - which is worthless if you have a problem logging in? Or in case you are on the line for 20 minutes before you get to speak to someone, and the number of people waiting before you increases instead of decreases? And that due to errors in the app you have to submit your passport every time, and 2FA by telephone is apparently not enough? I can go on like this for a while. Please hear your reaction on Twitter, where I asked the same question.

Very nice for small business use. Am now over with my sole proprietorship and holding company. Good customer service, clear online interface, easy link with Moneybird web environment. All works smoothly. Recommended, am very satisfied.

From the beginning already had good experiences with knab bank. Never had problems and everything neatly and neatly arranged. I have advised this bank every self-employed because they are much cheaper in comparison with other moneywolves like ING Bank, ABN AMRO and so on. These expensive Banks eat all your sales before they deposit it into your account. KNAB BANK deserves more than 5 full stars. If there were more stars, I would have rated them with 10 stars.

I was quite positive about the Knab. But I am not happy with the hassle of the credit card. As it looks now, I will be at my holiday address without a credit card from 1 April. Despite all the promises by Knab and ics that it would all be arranged on time. It has now been arranged just in time, hence a star more than before. Dear Age, you say that ICS is on schedule, but they are already at least a week behind according to their own information. You are the first employee of the KNAB bank who is apparently informed about the state of affairs. All your colleagues (via chat and mail) are ignorant. In addition, ICS is virtually unreachable, you can call them but you always get the text that it is very busy and you have to call back later. It just strikes me a lot from KNAB that with such a transition with such a short lead time you are not on top of that process. Incidentally, does Qander indicate in its information that they stopped using the credit card after you canceled the contract?

Unfortunately from the start it was a bad experience. Could not open a business account because the app's id scan function does not work. I have a German passport and driver's license, so it should be possible. As soon as I scanned my document, that app was canceled. To speak to multiple customer service requests, I just heard from the employee "then we can unfortunately not help you further". Because that app does not work and there is no solution? or because I have a German document? And no one responded to the chat. just very weird this. Very disappointed. Found the option of knab actually very good but service is not really there.

Was one of the first freelancers in 2012 to open a business account at Knab. I contacted several times by telephone with questions which were satisfactorily and customer-friendly to my satisfaction. You can set up many services via internet banking and the Knab app also offers a lot of functionality. I have absolutely no complain!

After contacting me 5 times (including much too long waiting time) and going through the process for creating a business account again 30 times and having tried 10 different possible solutions, I can't get my passport to scan. The 5th customer service representative I was in contact with said that this problem has never happened before and that she can no longer help me. It is a pity that there is no other way to identify me. And I very much doubt that I am the only one with this problem.

Switched private and business from ABNAMRO to KNAB. Very satisfied from day 1, especially on the telephone helpdesk. All arranged quickly, keeping all agreements. The fact that I also spend hundreds of euros cheaper for five bills is a bonus.

Nice bank to belong in business. Very pleasant experience and the customer service is also easy to use. Everything is done via the app and there is no office. Everything was arranged quickly and I really liked how I could receive my pass. That was very nice. Until now a must.

A real drama, the accounts have been blocked for a week. Reason: My wife, who never uses the account, has not identified herself. Several emails would have been sent about this. Without first calling or checking whether the emails have been delivered, Knab locks the account. I had to borrow money to be able to go shopping, pin or money transfer is no longer possible. The ability to cancel the account is also blocked. If KNAB would do that for me, it would take 3-4 days. Well, then I choose to wait. But after three days, the bill has still not been released. I have been unable to do anything for a week and customer service says every day that it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Good bank, all works well, low costs - only the spaces to swipe money to another own account, that would be more convenient than a complete transfer to your own account within your own knab environment

6x identify your own ??? By always sending the same documents and an employee who does not "want to argue and does not want to keep repeating himself"? Hang up cheekily when you are speaking and try to explain that you sent all those documents? First deposit money and now I can't access it because I don't have a card reader and / or card! ???

What a pity that you score quite low at the moment 3.8. I have been a business customer for 6 months. And a month ago I also closed a joint account with my husband. I wouldn't do that if I didn't like it. Nice and cheap ... long customer service hours and very helpful and friendly. That's enough for me to stay with you and maybe privately and transfer my kids too ... thanks!

When opening a business account, the app does not appear to work. Chat will not be responded to. The bank was also unavailable last night. If a business process starts like this, I prefer to choose another bank ... Quality and service a: n u l !!! Postscript: Knab responded to my review. They were sympathetically asked to contact them by telephone to arrange matters. I did this. Unfortunately, I ended up in the endless customer service queue yet again ....

In the early years, a progressive bank with innovations and new technologies at the forefront. Unfortunately, there is not much left of it, services such as Apple Pay are not yet supported and interest rates, just like with other banks, have fallen fairly quickly. But there is also something positive to report, ease of use is excellent and the online environment and app works well. Customer service is also very helpful and that is good for an 'online bank'.

Dramatic sofa. A year ago my mother passed away, who had a joint account with my father. When we passed this on, it turned out that KNAB is the only bank in the Netherlands to refuse to convert an account into a single account while retaining the IBAN. Communication about this was cold, sloppy and slow. This 'online bank with human service' has never made a policy on what to do in the event of a death. I could not catch anyone in that process of humanity, but I did find language errors, incomplete information and tactlessness. KNAB managed to keep e-mailing my mother for almost a year (including on Christmas Eve!) With the request to identify herself. We have complained about this several times, both by e-mail and by telephone. Even after canceling the package completely (my father did not want to continue with a bank that works against it), mail arrived for my mother. On the 17th of March we asked by telephone and a bit desperate whether the e-mails to my mother, who died almost a year at the time, PLEASE stop. We are still waiting for feedback on this, or an apology at all. Do not start, there are plenty of banks that will cooperate if you have to settle a death.

Nice couch! Opening a private account went smoothly and quickly! Also opened business account, filled in form, waiting for confirmation and ready! Very satisfied with this bank, good service, always very friendly and fast! The only minus point is that you cannot disturb cash because Knab is 100% digital (there are extra costs involved), therefore 4 stars. For the rest top bank, wouldn't want it any other!

Very pleasant website and app. Unfortunately a very long verification period before the bill becomes active (3 weeks). Customer service often does not seem to have good knowledge and every employee says something different about the same situation.

I opened a KNAB account to start saving. It is very easy to use. What I find useful here is that you can split your savings account into different pots that give you a different name. At KNAB I am still in my first year trying it out and have already decided to keep this bank account.

Switched from ABN AMRO and Rabobank 2 years ago, and what a difference. In terms of technology, they are 2 years ahead, the costs are much lower, and the option to open multiple accounts within one package free of charge is very handy. Customer service is easily accessible and knowledgeable. No other bank for me anymore.

Have been waiting for a business bill for more than two weeks. I now call them almost every day and every time I hear that the account is being opened soon ... But unfortunately, I still can't do anything with the account. I had hoped that things would go just a little faster and more smoothly at such an online bank.

The idea is nice, but the procedure of opening an account with KNAB is extremely complicated (as I found out from other reviewers - if you read on) and after 2 attempts I lost trust in KNAB bank so eventually decided to stick with the regular banks. Strangely the regular banks are cheaper (!!) and have a better customer support (!!!), so I wonder why I wanted to move to them to start with. New isn't always better!

Tried three times to open an account, but was repeatedly rejected, because the chosen activities do not correspond to the activities with which I am registered at the Chamber of Commerce. However, those exact activities are not listed on the app, so I always chose the most suitable ones. I have called customer service, but they indicate that I am not allowed to advise me in choosing the right work. I give up. Apparently they don't want new customers.
