Disaster bank! In the beginning I was still satisfied, but now KNAB - Can Not Always Pay - is a financial monstrosity. The so-called handy aps often do not work, it is raining malfunctions, the identification process is a horror and the helpdesk is a joke. Those TV commercials are therefore a big lie. Never deal with these guys. I have since switched to Regiobank: a relief. In any field.

06-07-2018: See statement options has changed, hope things get better from now on. Benefit of the doubt, so now 4 stars again. On 11/7/2017, I complained regarding the provision of copies. Now 05-07-2018 KNAB is still NOT able to produce a copy !!!!! This phenomenon returns every month, now do something about it. Now only 1 star rating !!!!!!!!!! Report KNAB 7-11-2017: "Due to a malfunction, the account statements for the month of October have unfortunately not yet been published. We are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time. Apologies for the inconvenience." I think this is very bad for a professional bank. And the fact that this problem is still not resolved after 1 week worries me. Until this case I was satisfied with KNAB (4 stars), too bad this is no longer the case.

Knab is a great sofa if everything goes well. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that things go wrong such as a wrong transfer or something similar. It turns out that the KNAB is difficult or impossible to resolve this. PLEASE NOTE: if you accidentally book to the wrong account number and this has already been included, you will not find information via knab to retrieve it. My experience with ING and Rabo is better in this area. Gone is really Gone.

Nice bank for individuals and to a certain extent also business. It is a great pity that you cannot open a G account with "the bank for self-employed persons". So if your business gets bigger and / or there are changes that require you to do so, then you still have to open an account with another bank and you will also have to do business banking there. A mountain of hassle ..... Many people have already had complaints about this from reviews, but Knab does not do anything with it. Really a great pity ...

All the positive reviews seem to me to be misplaced ,,,, what a crazy bank. poor interface, extremely difficult to reach, now caller number 14 again and chat that is not even answered. HAPPY WHEN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

Good app! And the chat service is also super fast. Target group or not: my 85-year-old mother-in-law watched with me and finds banking via Knab much easier than via ING. So he is considering switching now.

When registering the account, you can specify whether you want to be addressed under a different name than that stated on your passport. Neatly filled in, because that's what I want. Additional information is requested four times. Is the bill eventually refused, because my name differs from the name on the passport. Ha ha ha, good joke!

I now have Knab for about 2 years, the work is fine but it is my 2nd bill and not much happened with me. Then the 5 euros per month is always less. I don't know if I will have my bill in 6 months wants to use. Furthermore, I am positive about the user-friendliness of the system, which is not disappointing to me as an almost 60-year-old

More and more problems with the website, and since everything goes through the website you can do nothing at all. As now I try to pay invoices. Logging in succeeds and after that everything freezes (via multiple internet browsers). Unfortunately this happens with great regularity, not recommended

Happy with Knab. In addition to a private drawing, also a business account. Always very quick contact over the chat if I need them once in case of lost pass or fraudulent emails. It is a pity that they do not support mobile payment yet, or that giro collection form scanning is not possible.

Knab is a nice couch. The website and app work well and are regularly updated and improved. I also really appreciate the personal approach. And at which bank you also get a free credit card. It is also nice that you can set a lot. For example, if you pin abroad, you will immediately receive a text message. In short, a nice sofa that I can recommend to everyone!

Totally unreachable. Very bad customer service where you are on hold for more than an hour. (How difficult can it be to put an extra employee behind a telephone during this time?) During the queue, you will be prompted to find out for yourself and contact the chat. When you open the chat, I got the message that the chat is not working. Also declares that it will not be responded to. You / I don't expect such bad service from a bank, outrageous!

Knab-bank helped me immediately when I had a problem with a large sofa, which took the umbrella back in a difficult moment and left me in the cold and stopped all banking provisions. I had no cash accounts and all the money that our customers deposited in the accounts was stolen by the big bank. That major bank is very famous for that: only help if things go well and let you down immediately if things go wrong. At Knab I was able to open a new bank account immediately within 1 day and as a result I was able to save my company, which has now recovered after 3 years, while at other banks it took far too long to open an account. Great that we were able to open a new account so quickly and properly in such an emergency. I will always continue to use Knabbank. Also because their internet banking works very easily and clearly and at a low rate. I can recommend any fellow entrepreneur, big or small, to Knab. They saved me and helped me get back on top. Awesome!!

Do not so often with this kind of action, but because I am really enthusiastic and tell the left and right, then also here ... After looking the cat out of the tree, carefully opened a business account first ... and then a private one ... and then ... started transferring everything ... Great possibilities .. Ever-improving App ... Red light completely ideal .. (does not want to be red and that makes it a great solution). In terms of costs, it is already interesting to pass ... not to mention the ease of use ... Recently received a text message if I was abroad, then a nice holiday, otherwise short circuit with the knab, because there was pending abroad ... The website is easy to use, also easy to open an account and get a bank card with an app to handle banking matters. I haven't asked for much help yet, so can't say anything about their customer service. Unfortunately, the interest for the savings account has been lowered again from 0.03 to 0.01%. Then it is almost better to put the money in your sock. Had just gone to KNAB for the interest. For the rest, the bank does not stand out.

It is easy for criminals to open accounts in someone else's name. Or just use it away as a criminal bank account. Through Marktplaats there are many scammers who have their money transferred to this bank. You can also easily stand in the queue for 30 minutes before you can speak to an employee by phone. That is much better arranged at the regular banks.

What a bad bank very unfortunate that everything is so badly arranged, I have been working for 3 days to register as a customer and every time there is a technical error I may have already registered me 4th time and even the 4th time it didn't work and all they say yes sir sorry you really should try again? I read all the reviews and unfortunately I am not the only one with problems, very unfortunate I would say solve all your problems within the company and make sure the APP works 100%! Take other banks as an example

Distraught !! Together with my wife I have a joint account with Knab. Yesterday, out of nowhere, my bank card and my wife's bank card appear to have been blocked by Knab, due to an expired (re) identification. According to Knab, several identification requests were sent to my wife via email. We only encountered one missed mail in her mailbox. Knab has not informed ME about this by e-mail at all. Knab could have at least made a report on MY own Knab app. Knab could also have called us or informed us by letter before they take such a rigorous measure? Now it appears that the identification of my wife is also only possible via the Knab app, which she does not have. We tried to install the app until late at night yesterday. To make matters worse, the Knab software does not appear to recognize the ID (NL passport) of my wife because of an unknown error message (my NL passport is recognized) The only thing I have now heard from Knab is that they are going to submit it to their IT support and that this could take a while! Until it is resolved, my wife and I no longer have access to our accounts and therefore nothing can be credited and / or debited. The consequences can be guessed !!

Just been on the phone with a guest who first of all has no patience! Secondly, it is very rude and dares to ask why I am asking "NOW PAS" with a question! BECAUSE I WANT TO ASK IT NOW !! What a rotten person say. And then still want to do customer service work without patience. Did you get out of bed with the wrong leg? STEP THEN AGAIN IN BED MAFKEES!

[CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY REQUIRED TO USE APP!] Just like to require them to use their app to re-verify. I just want to keep using my card reader for security and privacy reasons I don't want money apps on my mobile phones. I would like to be called back about this, I think this is customer unfriendly. Customer service not available by phone. Re-verification is not a problem, but please just have the choice to do this via the website

I am more than satisfied with KNAB bank. You can quietly think old-fashioned games with its own account for each game. Which also ties in with the modern profit-first system. And I can have the app on both my private mobile and my company mobile. If you do not work out something, you will receive quick and adequate help through the chat, or even, as I experienced yesterday, that you will be helped further by telephone by telling you very precisely through all the steps of what you should do to solve the problem. if your phone call is difficult with the app. :-)

I am not quick to complain in public, but this was a big disappointment for me, accompanied by some frustration. After 3 hours on the phone and chat to arrange everything, the final result is a waist of my time. In the middle of the chat I suddenly get another employee who chats the same tune again. While I explain on the phone that it is not really attractive to become a customer, I get a smart comment: yes you wanted to leave so ... seriously !!!!!!!! Result: I cannot access my money for 3 days !!! And thank you KNAB, Knab sample of customer service ..... But I will look at your promises on Linked In ... happy with me as a customer ... I have never felt so loved.

For the time being, it all does not work well. I have deposited 1000 euros for identification from my business account. And now my password is wrong, I can't get it. Identification failed because I transferred with my business account. Because I do not yet have an identifier, I cannot request a new password. Could not reach them by telephone for over a month, the waiting line was just too long so they disconnected the call. Besides that, the chat on the website does not work (on my laptop and phone), so I am just not able to reach them, which is a vital aspect of a bank if you ask me.

A private account for quite some time and recently also a business account with KNAB. Easy to close, easy website and app and the lowest cabinets in the Netherlands. The help desk (chat) responds quickly and adequately. In short, recommended. A point for improvement: also provide a master or visa card to business customers, while paying abroad does not always succeed with Pin. If that is arranged it will be five stars.

After 48 years a customer at a bank and I had the feeling that I no longer meant anything. I took the step to KNAB bank and did not regret it for a moment. The contacts I have had with the employees have been friendly and helpful. Hi everyone:) Actually I can not recommend this bank at all. I didn't have any dutch bank account yet, and was trying to make my first account. But it's good to know if you didn't have any dutch account in the Netherland you have no chance to make an account there. So just for begginers don't waste your time there and go to the another dutch bank!

How disappointing! The idea of a joint account seemed to me and my housemates. We applied for our account half a week before our move, so that we could have our internet, GWL etc debited. Now almost two weeks later, the bill is still closed. I was busy with different chats from 10am to 5am and was referred over and over to another employee. After a while I was told to call the customer service number. I indicated that this does not work for since I have hearing aids. After that they actually did not help me further. After finally getting a response from another employee on the chat, who would sort it out for me, I haven't heard from him again. After a while in the app, pending. I have now been expelled from the app. If you're looking for a joint account, I wouldn't go for Knab.

Dramatic - customer service is ALWAYS too busy. You hear as standard, no matter when you call 'it is busier than you are used to from us'. Now it is true that I am already used to that, so that doesn't really matter anymore. They then refer you to the chat service, and they respond once, then wait another 10 minutes, react again, and wait another 10 minutes for a response. Dramatic! We are switching to the ABNA!

Action against money laundering is good. Scanning passports that are only 3 years old but have many slots in the code group (from getting through the scanner slot at passport control) is a problem. I was able to read the code correctly every time but the app asked me to redo it. light from the left, light from the right, light from above, tried 80 times. Ultimately succeeded by pure luck. App? rather MisHap?

Customer-unfriendly system now that everything must be done via an app, every participant in this bank is expected to purchase a new phone if they want to continue banking, very customer-unfriendly. I have been in contact with the "customer service" about this, who indicated that I should go to another bank if I did not agree.

A perfect bank to do business with. From the start of KNAB we have opened an account with this bank after consideration (unknown bank). In the first instance, a second account was kept in addition to a larger bank, but KNAB offers so much convenience that we are no longer using it. Never encountered major problems and was quickly and professionally assisted by support with a small issue in the beginning. Then never needed again.

BEWARE! Knab is going to do away with card readers, the app is a drama. Does not work on PC or devices older than 3 years. If you can no longer log in, you can no longer access your money and you can only close the account by logging in! You will receive a warning e-mail, but you will be thrown out before the deadline has expired. Now ask to close the account by letter (nice digital is that). I was really satisfied with this, but apparently everything can be adjusted just like that.

Very bad functionality. Recently, it just took a day longer before an amount is debited, in case of bank transfer. And today I noticed that I am not stretching with my Knab. I was able to make an ideal payment at Coolblue, this payment then went effortlessly with my Rabobank account, which I fortunately also have. Friendly customer service but very malfunctioning banking platform.

Knab asks to scan your passport and take a selfie in itself no problem, only with older devices such as a samsung s5, for example. It does not work. Answer unfortunately then we will delete the application and close the bank account. The online bank is only new and has little customer service experience. How to solve problems. Not recommended.

I am absolutely not satisfied with KNAB. I opened a business bank account at KNAB in August. For identification, you must transfer money from another bank account of yourself to the new bank account. I did that twice, but kept getting mail that I had to transfer money for identification. Called on Sunday evening. As it turned out: I used a different initial for this business bank account than my current bank account. I had to send a copy of my passport and it would be arranged regularly. Nicely resolved I thought. I am called yesterday that the bank account will be closed this day and that they can do nothing about it. It can no longer be changed in the system. I already have it on my business post! and nothing can be arranged anymore? That is bizarre. If they had sent me an email now that the initials did not match, I would have responded earlier and understood what was going on. But since the request was always transferring money and I had already done that twice, I did not respond immediately. The fact that nothing can be arranged now makes me angry. KBAB apparently remains official and blames the system that it can no longer be arranged. I thought that KNAB wanted to be a different kind of bank, but unfortunately. I recently switched to Knab. The device with which I made the request has broken. This had an NFC chip to read ID card and / or driver's license. My new device does not have this chip (no attention paid to it) but it is just an Android 9 device. With this phone it is not possible to activate the Knab app since the Knab card readers go out and do not want to send them, you are dependent on an NFC-capable device! What is not on every device! So if you do not have an NFC device you can not get your own money !!! Very very bad since a handful of devices have NFC chip, even iPhone users are excluded because the NFC chip can only be used via applepay! Customer service is otherwise unprofessional and rude it is clearly not their problem !!! They also know nothing about smartphones since the customer service employee was under the assumption that an NFC chip works via the camera and is happy to discuss this with you !! I regret that I switched !!!!!
