At first I was happy with the bank, good service and support. After being a customer for 4 years, they suddenly no longer wanted me as a customer. Because the regulations have changed. After many times of contact with the grace of God, I received a 2 month delay. But in the middle of corona time finding a new sofa, transferring everything and throwing away printed paper. One employee thought along and the other didn't really care and I had to arrange it. Further postponement is not possible, company broken or not. From 4 years of super satisfied customer, who referred many entrepreneurs to KNAB, to ex-customer with a very bitter aftertaste. Never again KNAB for me.
