From day 1 a lot of misery and a lot of contact with a service desk that doesn't understand anything. I gave up hope after 6 weeks and decided to pay more than if you could not pay your bills in time due to a bank. For me a sofa in its infancy with a lot of teething problems that they just can't manage.

In response to a fishing email I received, I approached Knab. There I am very friendly, patient and expertly helped by the employee.
I switched to KNAB because of the possibility to have multiple accounts at minimal cost, the system works very well. However, I have serious problems with contactless payment. This applies to 4 passes for me and my wife, so that can no longer be a coincidence, I think. The pin machine then gives all kinds of error messages that are not correct. Paying by pin is always possible. However, in this time of corona you want to make use of the contactless system. However, according to customer service, this problem hardly occurs.
Each time I open the app for some quick banking there is some "homework" required. Not recommended when your time is considered valuable.
Terrible bank I wanted to open an account for me and my son (1year) but this was not possible because you first have to make a transaction to the new account with an account in your name. Very happy with KNAB for over 4 years; applying for a business account is very simple, opening extra accounts for funds such as VAT, savings, etc. is very nice. I have a business account with Knab. I can easily arrange everything online and via a mobile app! Only with debit card payments in the store did I have some difficulty that the debit card did not work right away. Probably I would have had to use a pin machine before the debit card could be used for a pin payment. All the questions that I have can easily be asked via a chat conversation and are responded to quickly and well!
To prevent money laundering and to make criminals more difficult, KNAB has also tightened up the acceptance conditions for existing customers in such a way that many neat companies are now forced to switch to a different and more expensive bank. I have used a zpp account for about 2 years. Suddenly I was obliged to scan my ID via my phone. This did not work.
