It has been practically impossible to get in touch with customer service for several days. The connection is always disconnected by telephone due to a long queue, and there is no response to the chat function on the website. I don't have a pressing question by the way, but imagine that you have lost your card and urgently need someone ...

Furthermore, an average bank with a great app, it all works but not really distinctive compared to other banks.
