WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stay away from Best Buy. They bill yearly fees on your credit card that were not authorized. I was transferred around for an hour trying to resolve this issue until I was eventually hung up on. They also outsource there customer service to India. Super Helpful! The employees at the store were nice, but the corporate level employees are complete A-holes! I canceled my credit card and will never purchase another item from any of there stores. I highly recommend COSTCO! Costco gives you a 2 year warranty for free on all electronic purchases, and no hidden renewal fees every year. Beyond Frustrating!!!
