They have a lot of very incompetent people working...
They have a lot of very incompetent people working at this store, unfortunately it seems most of them work in the Geek Squad department. Bad customer service countless times that I've had to deal with them. They're great when they're trying to sell you something, after that forget it. One guy at the Geek Squad actually said to me when I called asking about a product I just purchased and asked to talk to someone in sales that knows about the item, because he didn't, that "they are busy helping customers so unless it's important he can't transfer me." I told him that I was still within my 15 days and if I don't talk to someone I'll just RETURN it. Still didn't transfer me. Ridiculous.
