I went to buy a Motorola cell phone for my Consumer Cellular account. Although the salesman was friendly ,& helpful he sold me a Motorola phone that was incompatible with my server (Consumer Cellular). It has never worked. Too many problems to list. But thinking I am the computer dummy, I kept going back for help @ Best Buy & calling Consumer Cellular. I finally found out on Sunday that there is a particular model of Motorola for Consumer Cellular. Best Buy is a designated dealer for CC & should have known or checked which model to sell me. So now despite my many visits & inquiries, they can't trade mine in or find a work around and I'm screwed. You'll never find their location on my map again!
