Their protection plans used to be good but now they are worthless. Had some Nintendo switch controllers break on the plan after 6 months. They replaced them but kept the money for the plan. I was 6 months into a 2 year plan. Oh and the best part when checking out if I wanted to purchase a plan on the replacement they raised the pricing. What a joke. Will shop other retailers with a decent protection plan as best buy no longer has one.
