Friendly curteous staff. A pleasure doing business with!
I have visited this business and referred friends to them several times over the years and called this evening with a question. I really appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable information from Pat. She is awesome and has always been helpful in the past. Highly recommend this business and can t wait for them to open the shooting lanes!
Guy in charge was ignorant and acted like he was doing you a favor even talking to you. Don't remember his name but he was out of shape with a beard. Had two revolvers picked out and ready to purchase, took my credit card back walked out and bought them an hour later somewhere else. What a piece of work
I came to this store to trade in and purchase a new .380. Very smooth transaction all together. These guys are very professional and courteous. Highly recommend. FYI There new range is open!
It s ironic to me that a store named King Shooters Supply would make it so difficult to supply me with ammo. I called this store before arrival to make sure they had what I needed in stock and they confirmed they had it in stock and said come on over. When I arrived they complete changed the story saying that they have it in stock but cannot sell it to me. From a business standpoint it completely confused me why a business would deny business/profit for no apparent reason but none the less I would never want to do business with a establishment that doesn t want to do business with me. Coming into this establish was a waste of my time but gladly I will never be returning to their place of business .
Good guys to talk to. Lots of selection. Reasonable prices
When you've visited the amount of gun stores that I've been to, you realize that the measure of a truly great gun shop is the quality of the people that work there, and KSS has the best. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff that treat their customers like family and don't try to sell you something you don't need just to make a sale. Rogers bullets are also the best and I've used them for as long as I can remember. Don't hesitate to build a relationship with a top notch shooters shop that will put you first.
I get everything I need there unless they dont have it. Powder, bullets, dodads and wotnots all over the place.
Great place! Knowledgeable staff and easy to work with!
I ve been going here exclusively for sometime now. They ve been helpful with everything since the beginning. They will definitely go above and beyond to try to find what you need or make it happen.
Hell, Roger even fulfilled my bizarre request and mounted a Glock rear sight on the rib my Browning A5 to help with slugs for 3 gun.
In spite of me messing up the load, their PC Bullets helped me place 3rd in PCC at the last 3 Gun Nation Regional. No lead or excessive fouling even in a 16 barrel.
Great place to buy a gun! Great staff and service. Good prices on AR parts and you can see what you are getting unlike when you buy online. Lots of reloading stuff also. Would recommend to friends .
Bought a class 3 Item here through silencershop. Seamless experience, and will use them again.
2 times used them for NFA items. They are Quick and professional with transfer of class 3 item.
The staff at KSP are friendly, knowledgeable;e and patient. The owners, Roger and Pat, are really good people. In addition to firearms and shooting supplies, they also offer a variety of classes there, for the curious, shooters, and all kinds of people. Highly recommended, and I send anyone interested to them!
I was met by 1 rude kid behind the gun counter side and well received by another on the opposite. So there you go. Take what you will from this. Will give this place another go in the future, since some reviews say it's the place to go for suppressors.
Go to store for suppressors in the area. Also picked up some reloads while I was there. Experience has been good. Can't wait for the range to open.
Great people, great service. I dropped off my rifle barrel to have it threaded for a muzzle brake. The result was excellent! It looked like it was done at the factory. Also Roger spent time with me explaining what he did and gave me some good advise on what I should do with one other rifle that I own. They were very relaxed and were willing to spend time with me. I really appreciated that. Thank you.
I am a new gun owner, I went into King Shooters around the time that the initial quarantine started. The sales people were nice and patient with me although the store was crowded at the time. The folks there know their business and provide a great service. Because of that I came back the next day and purchased a gun for my wife.
Friendly staff and great selection of prices. I mostly go for reloading supplies and they almost always have what I'm looking for. Both the Better Bullets and PC bullets are superior quality.
Helpful, friendly and well informed. The day I visited even though they were fairly busy they too time to answer questions
Always friendly and ready to help you great service
Great people. Great prices. Great experience AND they re opening an indoor range in March in Phoenixville!!!
Kings is doing a great job working with all customers when there is a line out the door due to recent crisis. They are doing their part to enable citizens to exercise their second amendment rights when other businesses are closing up shop. They are not price gouging ammo like other retailers are. This place is an excellent place to buy firearms and ammunition with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended for any firearm needs
Second visit to this store. First time there was an older guy there, I would have guessed was the owner. He was very helpful and friendly, definitely made me feel happy to spend my money there. This time I pretty much expected the same. I walked behind another patron that held the door for me, thanked him and walked into the store. As I walked in, I noticed he was greeted by the store personnel and it seemed like I was ignored. I stood awkwardly at the counter when a store clerk asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and was told another clerk would have to help me because he was performing or taking some kind of test.
After finishing my primary business I needed some additional information. I was ultimately told the person that could answer my question would be with me shortly. 10-15 minutes later, still standing awkwardly at the counter I was told they would check on this other person he may have forgotten or was really busy. After he returned I was told this person was holding shotgun parts precariously and couldn t let go. I ve taken apart many a weapon and put them back together in less time than it took for me to stand there the 10-15 mins. I can only assume this person I was waiting on was going to make me wait longer, so I just left.
I am a veteran, self employed and pay my taxes. I help my community. I probably make more money and own more property than all of the clerks working there combined. Yet I feel like they all were either afraid or just didn t like me being there. They were plenty courteous to other patrons but not so much to me. I just don t understand why. In the end life s too short if I live to 150 years old to really care. It s just sad that only certain people are entitled to courtesy when they are spending their money. I wish the older gentleman that waited on me the first time I was there would have been available.
The store is nice enough and the clerks do seem knowledgeable, but maybe they don t like veterans . (obviously there was no way they could have known I was a veteran)
The owner reached out to me and sincerely wants to know the circumstances involved. Jeff Bezos would never do that! Thanks Pat!
I'll never purchase from another store. The service you receive along the way is worth the drive.
Very helpful. I appreciate the silencer shop kiosk.
I first visited Kings to fill out the paperwork for a suppressor by using their SilencerCo machine. The process is naturally a huge hurdle but I decided to go to see if the staff could hold my hand through the process-- kind of almost literally because the process for obtaining a suppressor denotes the prospective purchaser gets fingerprinted. Thats not to be confused with purchasing a firearm of course which dies not require such hurdles. While the staff helped me process my application and purchase, they were extremely patient. I'm a bit of a slow methodical type, someone who likes to read all the find print and explore all options. The staff was very informed and if one gentleman didnt know a question I had about other merchandise, one of their colleagues did. I very much recommend Kings for all your merchandise needs. They also offer classes and seminars which I'll be checking on. While I was there they were in the midst on one on reloading. Very knowledgeable and patient staff. For a small store, they have a great selection of all manners of wares.
The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great prices too.
Kings is the place to buy better bullets. Outstanding quality, great prices, increadably good service.
The team did a fine job helping select supplies for me. Engaging and helpful staff, even with novices.
Great staff everyone is very helpful and the guns are priced very well
Good selection, high prices. Expect to pay double for a lot of accessories compared to online stores.
It was my first time in, and definitely not my last! Great service, and very knowledgeable! I will recommend this place to everyone!
I bought my first pistol today at King Shooters Supply. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Shop local!
I went to Kings earlier this week for a firearms transfer and have nothing but good things to say. The staff was very professional and informative. They answered any questions that I had and made the entire process as easy and simple as possible. If you're looking for an FFL to do a transfer or purchase a firearm or NFA item I highly recommend King Shooters Supply
Service is hit or miss, but they have the NFA market cornered with the SilencerShop kiosk
Update: Having been contacted by the owner to address my concerns, I really felt compelled to edit my review to reflect their commitment to service. Service may be hit or miss, but it's mostly a hit and they want to address the misses (and no, the owner didn't even HINT at me changing my review, I felt compelled to do it 100% of my own volition). Changed from 3 to 4 stars
As I read, the store was well stocked & organized & ppl there were friendly & knowledgeable. I plan on going back as the stock seemed to be full! I hope...
Friendly people with lots of reloading supplies. Fair pricing. Why only 4 star? Very small selection of firearms mostly geared toward home defense and target shooting.
Large selection & great staff. Will definitely go back!
I went into this location looking for a firearm to purchase. When I tell you that they were nothing but helpful OMG I wish there was more stars. From Tyler to the other 2 including the lefty I was not only taught things i should know but i was not rushed. I traveled 40 minutes to this location and was truly pleased. Great Establishment and Staff
Helpful staff rich helped me with what I needed and answered all my question thanks rich
Great place. Very good customer service. The silencer shop kiosk there is awesome and easy to use.
The staff is great. Most firearm shops have horrible staff members for some reason. Kings staff is kind, honest and helpful!
Took two classes recently from here. One was on cleaning your handgun, and the other was on tactical first aid. Both were excellent classes and I came away with a lot more knowledge that I expected. I highly recommend taking these classes.
great place great people ! I go there for my every firearm transaction ,my AR15 needs ,gunbroker purchases, transfer ownership ,new gun purchase, you name it they make it very painless ,and put up with and answer a LOT of my questions
The people here are great! I can't say enough nice things about the people that work here they are willing to help you in any way they possibly can! I'd recommend anyone to stop here!
One of the best shops in the area. Big selection, good prices, very friendly. Class 3 dealer.
Nothing but good things to say here. Brought in my SR9, which I purchased elsewhere, because it was misfiring. No questions asked sent out fixed returned no charge. Customer for life.
Waiting to hear back on completion of the range and the 9mm ammunition supply chain back up.
Gone here a few times to do transfers as a buyer and seller. Staff has always been friendly and prices on supplies don't seem to crazy for the price.
Over priced products. Poor attitudes towards new customers who tried to make a harmless joke related to Covid and the mask issue. Do not get my wrong, I understand that ATF wants to make sure that the sellers know who they re selling guns to so customers are asked to remove their masks so the camera can see the face, but when a customer JOKINGLY says yet they tell us to wear it and the woman, who apparently is the owner?, goes off and is like well if you want to shop in my store I need to see your face with one hell of an attitude, was highly unappreciated, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Definitely will not be looking to come back, EVER.
Recently move to KOP. Very glad to have kings around the corner. Came in to buy a 1911 they did not have the firearm that I wanted in the correct caliber. Pat was very helpful in ordering the model that I was looking for and even price matched another shop who had it listed for a lower price.
Weeks later when I went to pick it up, the experience and interaction was also 5 stars.
Super friendly staff, go above and beyond for the customer. Great prices and high quality work.
Wonderful experience- Pat and the staff went out of their way to help me. I'll be looking forward to coming down again and buying more stuff.
I got a muzzle brake pinned and welded, plus a gas block installed. They also test fired it. The gun smith did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
Dropped off gun for Forward Set Sear & Trigger kit installation with their smith for my M&P 9mm. Asked them up front how long it would take, they would not give me an actual time frame which I can understand, but they did mention there were a couple of things in line before mine.
Waited patiently a week and heard no response, called in once, sat on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up because I did not have time to continue waiting. Called back in later on and was told that it wasn't done yet. I asked the gentleman when it would be done to which he responded with "I'd have to ask the gunsmith and he's not here". The man I spoke with took my name and told me he'd call me back, never heard another word from him.
Went to the location today to find out the gun still isn't done and there is still other work ahead of it. Took my gun back and will find another gunsmith to do the work. I can't comment on the quality of work since my gun was never touched, but I am extremely disappointed that in a week's time my one hour of work could not be completed. If the gunsmith is that backed up they should not have accepted more work without at least giving me a heads up that he is so backed up, or simply call me back as promised.
The staff is generally very friendly in person, but the gentleman I spoke with on the phone I felt was rude.
TL;DR - They were unable to complete an hours worth of gunsmith work over a weeks time. Would not recommend them to anyone for gunsmith service. They are friendly if you want to stop in for a purchase.
When I went there the service was terrible !!!! The old lady at the front desk gave all the customers a very hard time. She was not patient and her attitude spoke for itself. She gave me a very hard time when I ask her questions regarding firearms!!!!. Shop at Firearm insights!! they re customer service is unbeatable and prices are just right !!! Believe me !
Great place to buy, sell, and trade. Staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions you may have. The selection of firearms is great with plenty of accessories. Prices for firearms, accessories, and services (repairs, cleanings, etc) are reasonable as well.
Perfect place to go to ask questions without being berated, unlike other places I've been.
I haven't been to any of the classes, yet. A friend of mine has and highly recommends them.
I highly recommend King Shooters for all your shooting needs.
Great shop that is always happy to answer any questions you may have and help in any way!
First time using their range today, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I had a good time!
I stopped in today to pick up some powder. They were the only ones who had the powders I was looking for. We got to talking and I mentioned I had tried HiTek coated bullets, in a polygonal barrel, and had leading issues. They told me about their epoxy coated bullets and even gave me a free bag full as a sample. The coating filly encapsulates the lead and is tough! I can't wait to try them.
These guys at King Shooter are super friendly, very knowledgeable and their prices are extremely competitive. I highly recommend them.
Good selection of firearms and accessories at good prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.
Pat and Roger run a great shop. Always a super selection of products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and their prices are tough to beat. Highly recommended.
Great little gun shop with really great pricing. Clean and organized. Unlike most larger gun shops with there condescending attitudes, the folks - Alan was my salesperson - @ Kings Shooters are really humble, easy-going and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions clearly - with an absence of obscure acronyms (you know what I mean, my fellow vets) & without all of the silly "mucho macho, I'm-a-tough-guy" posturing. I don't need wanna-be tough guys...after 7 years of long walks in the woods wearing our county's uniform, I know what real tough guys are... I need informed gun pros who love being gun pros.
They live at this store
Great shop, very knowledgeable staff, excellent pricing and premium selection!
I went in to sell, they definitely lowballed but they have ro make a profit so I get it. The satff were friendly, and they carried a great selection of stuff.
Excellent one stop shop for reloading, competitive, or recreational shooting. Pat and Roger run a solid operation. They make their own polycoated and lead bullet of all sorts and a wide range of hand/long guns.
Best pricing in our area fantastic selection of reloading equipment. Knowledgeable staff and excellent fire arms selection for the size of the store. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Fair prices on sales and trades. They will get you anything you want or need.
My girlfriend and I were about to move to Florida and were looking to ship our firearms down there legally. Instead of simply taking our money, Pat the owner explained that we were within our rights to legally drive the firearms ourselves, so long as we followed the guidelines. I was impressed by her knowledge and thought that it was great of her to do!
Got my honeybadger SBR and suppressor transfered here recently. I was new to the LONG process of applying to attain these items, but their crew made it simple and easy, while replying to my emails and calls promptly. Ill definitely be a returning here for any future buys and transfers. Thanks gentlemen!!
Kings is a great gun shop. They have a very good selection of handguns, and a good selection of long guns. If you are looking for something specific, they can order it. If you reload, there is nowhere better than King's. They have a good selection of power, primers, supplies, presses and everything you could use. King's is also the home to Roger's Better Bullets with a huge supply in the store. The people in the shop tend to be knowledgeable. If there is a negative it is that they can be very busy especially on the weekends.
Staff very friendly When I misunderstood the question on the form they jump for in to try to explain it in depth, Pat even thanked me for the purchase, that's the kind of customer service you dont get at other local gun shops or big box retailers.
Best gun shop in the area!
The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I bought a few guns there and their prices have always been lowest around.
The new store is spacious but still has a very cozy feel of a mom'n'pop store.
Professional and friendly!!! Everytime again. Thanks Bryan
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of reloading supplies!! Nice selection of guns and accessories.
Place is clean, guys working there have always been friendly and helpful. I've gotten a few suppressors there and they have a Silencer Shop kiosk there so it's great.
No parking when i got there so i never had the chance to go in
None of the staff wears a mask. Trump sign outside so go figure. Steer clear at all costs...
Just called and asked if they had 12 guage slugs and they said probably not gonna have that which is fine, would ve liked them to check but I know a lot of ammo is sold out these days but this review is mainly for the next part. I asked if they had .300 BLK ammo and the guy said probably but you have to buy a gun to get the ammo then he hung up on me. That s just bad customer service. Whoever heard of a policy where you need to buy a gun in order to get ammo for a gun you already have? (My suspicion is there isn t one and he just didn t want to check).
It had been a number of years and a new location since first dealing with King Shooters Supply, but what i found was more then unexpected.... Its not very often that I am impressed to Hell and back again and it does not come easy. I am a bit of an A$$H@LE at times because I want what I pay for without exception... nothing more, nothing less... So here goes.
Everyone is SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, willing and more than helpful... I asked a questions that the gentleman didn't know the answer and was pleasantly surprised to hear him say, "Hold on a second, I'll find out..." No BS, no circles and NO JUNK. Even suggested a less expensive product because it was BETTER the the higher priced one.
Their smith is top notch. Knowledgable and super friendly, spent way more time on an issue that I had than he should have to get it right... talk about going out of your way. OUTSTANDING!
Every recommendation has been spot on. Parts, ammo and accessories... Even the coffee they sell... yes, they sell Black Riffle Coffee. Pick up a bag, ITS FRIKEN AWESOME! Twitch, Twitch!
If you haven't, stop by and check out my new GOTO supplier... Be forewarned that the store can be a zoo at random times, or maybe a little understaffed, so have a little patience... its well worth the small wait! Oh yea... and the parking can be a bit frustrating in the lot around the back. Jerks need to learn how to park!
Just for the trolls out there... IN NO WAY do I have any affiliation or benefit form King Shooters Supply. I pay FULL PRICE just like everyone else...
Great store and employees! Love their lead bullets!
People were nice there. But no staffs there wore masks.
Decent prices and a very helpful and friendly staff.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of reloading supplies but a little under stocked on firearms but they are willing to get in whatever you need.
First time buyer here process was quick and easy everyone was cool as hell ill definitely go back for future purchases
