Dropped off gun for Forward Set Sear & Trigger kit...

Dropped off gun for Forward Set Sear & Trigger kit installation with their smith for my M&P 9mm. Asked them up front how long it would take, they would not give me an actual time frame which I can understand, but they did mention there were a couple of things in line before mine.

Waited patiently a week and heard no response, called in once, sat on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up because I did not have time to continue waiting. Called back in later on and was told that it wasn't done yet. I asked the gentleman when it would be done to which he responded with "I'd have to ask the gunsmith and he's not here". The man I spoke with took my name and told me he'd call me back, never heard another word from him.

Went to the location today to find out the gun still isn't done and there is still other work ahead of it. Took my gun back and will find another gunsmith to do the work. I can't comment on the quality of work since my gun was never touched, but I am extremely disappointed that in a week's time my one hour of work could not be completed. If the gunsmith is that backed up they should not have accepted more work without at least giving me a heads up that he is so backed up, or simply call me back as promised.

The staff is generally very friendly in person, but the gentleman I spoke with on the phone I felt was rude.

TL;DR - They were unable to complete an hours worth of gunsmith work over a weeks time. Would not recommend them to anyone for gunsmith service. They are friendly if you want to stop in for a purchase.
